I just moved from DC pre-pandemic and I lived a couple of blocks north of Chinatown. I walked these streets daily and never imagined they would ever be so empty. Great video, makes me homesick.
Great video! I don't miss the hustle and bustle of DC. Enjoying the calmness. Walking downtown and on the National Mall has been the best during this time.

Thanks for posting this, DC local here, I worked in Chinatown for several years and walked those same sidewalks every day. I've eaten at many of the restaurants you walked past and attended Caps and Wizards games at the arena as well. Odd to see it so empty on a Friday evening in the summer. This is the heart of DC and before COVID it was usually bustling with people and energy.
DC native and it's so strange to see a walking video of the streets, places that's so, second nature to me, so to speak, to see in person. The on screen capturing is great! Wish other's would do the same. Some talk in the video, some don't. :))

We have four seasons in DC. Summers can get up to 33-34 C. Spring and fall are glorious. Winters are 0 to -4 C with occasional snow.
