This part was a little tough, but I'm glad to know someone out there is using my vids! There were a lot of parts in Aconcagua where the next move had to make sense not only to you but also to the characters. Btw, at 3:55, Steve is saying "This is a job for someone with incredible strength..." hinting that you need Lopez. But like you said, you had to try with Steve first just to get that hint.
Took me a fucking while to figure this part out even after using this video for guidance,turns out that after steve puts the wheel back on he HAS to attempt to lift the cart on the rails,i knew he couldn't lift it so i never tried,so i had lopez lift it but then i couldn't get lopez to pull that metal rail down so i HAD to get steve to push the cart and get lopez to push it back before it would let me continue.

Yeah since i cant read japanese im struggling with some parts but i still know exactly whats going on thanks to the cutscenes ,really enjoying it
