    Amazing work! Question: why almost no one cuts the role for the cooktop with little gaps around it in order to make it flush to the wood when installed?

      Hi! Thank's a lot. Good question. Most of them are like shown in this video. One reason could be that it would be easier to replace the cooktop with the new one in the future. The other could be that it is a bit more difficult to properly seal the gap between the cooktop and the countertop. Definitely more work. :)
