You sincerely covered all the grounds so everyone can follow. I like your expression "avashya-anusaranam " just like my Hindi. I heard that you can also use vada parippu/ or other word peas parippu. Good job and do not go into short cuts in the future, continue just like this since your channel is an ideal one for beginners as well as old person like me when I did not learn it from my mom during school college days. Realized only later, it is so great your mom is beside you to guide so you can give us all traditional recipes which we miss now. The best tasting old traditional recipes, rarely can find, everything was organic and trust worthy. Smell of all wedding recipes those were prepared few days ahead when we have no refrigeration, prepared using firewood, all home made masalas with manual labor, all during our grandmas days. Now only in the dreams. Such a hard working past generation.
