I bought fresh cauliflower today at the supermarket. Looked so big but was so small and hard to cut. Don’t know how you cut so much. ❤

The best thing to do with dill is to cut it (washed and dry) into small pieces (2-3 mm) put it to ziploc bags and keep it in the freezer. You will have fresh dill the whole year!

Why do you cut the pepper plants? Because the peppers are too time consuming to pick on the field? Do people just buy a few peppers off the cut plant at market?

To 3xpand your customer market numbers, get into demo classes of how to prep and prepare raw from the farmers, veggies for the table.
A lost skill in the under 40s crowd, suburban and city dwellers, long hours long commute better educated . They're idea of veggies is frozen in the bag and nuke in microwave. Much of your home cooking from scratch are seniors who learn3d from home eck n their mothers
Sammy n your mom could teach from scratch veggie cooking on the weekends where your missing customer base is, health club gym parking lots, soccer fields. Free samples of fresh veggies n prepped fresh veggie dishes.
Exposed 5hem n their taste buds to teal straight from the farm healthy foods for their children n them
Get your local farm agriculture extension offices involved. ADVERTISE. You've been been out by the giant veggie Agricorporate Industry. They know marketing advertising
Run your truck marketing in towns n near cities where your new target group lives, weekends, food trucks weekend music events etc
