The lentil wraps look so yummy. I love that u cook fresh food & make meals instead of eating a lot of progressed food bc it's so easy to fell into. I've been eating more fresh food too. I love working out I have to workout at least 20 or 30 mins a day.
I love that cookbook! I made the stovetop Mac n cheese constantly. The crunch wraps and all of the soy curl recipes are fantastic. Lauren is a genius !

I use the same scale. Best and cheap scale ive had, and consistant, accurate, very few battery changes, it will go for a few thousand uses at least before needing a batery change. Ive used many food scales over the years
Love this video Nicole, and all of your incredible recipe creations/inspirations! I suffer from difficulty falling to sleep as well, plus insomnia - what are some helpful things you do to try & get better sleep? I do quite a few things but still have trouble most days in falling asleep/staying asleep - I take 500mg magnesium glycinate prior to bed, no phone or TV 2 hrs prior to sleeping, exercise daily, a healthy whole foods diet, colder temp bedroom, warm cup of organic herbal tea before sleeping, and reading before bed. It’s frustrating for those of us who have a very hard time falling asleep & staying asleep,😔 How many hours of sleep do you get/night and when do you go to bed & then rise/wake up? Thank you!
If you focus on your breathing your mind won't wander and then you should be able to sleep better plus whatever else u do also as much as i know people rely on coffee ,,,caffeine could also be the sleep problem could you switch to decaff? I use Pete's decaff ; )
lettuce causes me gut issues, otherwise, lots of proteins like lentils, steamed veggies, some whole grains even when I’m diabetic, helps the gut - vegan yogurt too…
