- We brought together Hon Andrew Leigh, Elizabeth Lee MLA and Sally Sitou for a candid and in-depth discussion about the unique challenges of balancing parenting responsibilities and the demands of a political career, specifically for women. Their conversation was facilitated by Georgie Dent.
The discussion focuses on the importance of family-work balance for women; its impact on society and the political sphere; and highlights the barriers that women face in achieving equal representation in politics and leadership positions.
