Great interview Lee. You're really getting quite good at being an entertaining interviewer! I'm a 45 y.o. dad of 2 little girls, and I appreciate all the knowledge you give on health, training, diet, and longevity. I hope to pass on these good lessons to my young daughters, because I wasn't taught many diet or health lessons as a kid.
    Thank you sir.

Ladies and gentlemen, you have here, before you, two of the most charismatic and beloved figures in bodybuilding. Two examples to follow. Two champion mentalities. Lee, the killer of giants, is probably one of the most graceful bodybuilders to ever grace the boards of Mr. Olympia competitions. I always liked Lee. I would have loved to see him win the title. Imagine the confidence that would have given millions of young athletes. Either way, Lee is a winner. His success is impressive and inspiring. His attitude is that of a born leader. And seeing his son follow in his footsteps must be the thing he is most proud of. I'll bet anything that Lee would trade all his success for a Hunter win at the Olympia. As for Jay, I love who he is even more now than when he was competing. This is another leader whose generosity, humility, curiosity and dedication fascinates me. The way he acts in a gym and with the people around him is contagious. Following his videos, Jaywalks and podcasts is practically a religion for me. Here is a Mr Olympia who not only won the ultimate honors but who also regained them after losing them. We are talking here about another level of dedication and discipline. The two of them should tour together. The Killer of Giants and the Giant Killer.

55:37 Love Jay and it's nice that he's open on TRT but reading between the lines I know he's not on a 80 mig a week trt dose (nor have I ever heard him claim he was) as if his hematocrit and hemo are high enough that he needs to donate blood every 10 weeks ( plus 2 blood test draws a year) he's taking a lot more than me. I'm on 40 migs ( legit USA pharmacy cyp) 2x a week and my hemo/hemato are a touch above normal 4 days after my 40 mg shot but not where I need to donate blood. It's good Jay touched on this as it seems every guy over 40 in my gym thinks trt starts at 200mg/week and NONE ( that I know) are donating blood.............probably because most are getting UG products without a Dr. I could take a 10 grams a week and never step on a pro stage but when guys like Lee Priest claim they aren't on trt it just makes them look foolish IMO.

Lee is a good interviewer show interest.i always thought Lee was over rated till I see Him pose. I thought He was the best. Poser better then Mohammad makawy, way better then Bob Paris , only Ed corny was better in my opinion,Jay met Him 99 at a contest in Washington. Absolutely ripped and huge. very Good. Jay knows how to relate He was so nice opened up on how tired He was Jay was getting ready for the Arnold classic. All these Nice pros. God says none that doth good not one. God will not judge on are good points, but on are sin. Useing God's name in vain lusting ,pride self exaltation Jesus , died for sinners we all sinners need a Saviour.
