It'll be good if they add an msaa support on adrenaline to smothened the jagged edges
I think the only gripe with how SBAR looks now is the loss of the blue borders around the health bars is a bit jarring, those details are pretty important to lose. I thought that the guard bar and red health was gone.

This is like Free Upgrade, from Ps4 to Ps5 or Xbox one to Series.
This plugin was promising but I think the dude has stopped all work on it for now, so that's the best it's going to get. Had he got this working with almost no frame drops then damn, this would have been a game changer.

Toy Story 3 game was one of my childhood PSP games.
That toy story framerate is uncapped wow.
Is this plugin also allow us to modify the framerate like uncapping or capping, or we need other plugin to do that?
Yes, I think some games can unlock the FPS with this plugin, no other plugin.
This game is currently the only one in my test
I played toy story 3 in my psp its long graphics great and gameplay just controls are a bit not my type

Crisis core doesn’t work well with this, tried it and the cutscenes are broken and while gameplay some npc and objects disappear.but great work, and hope it continues

Not every game works. Some won't load, no display, textures disappering. Get the plugin sharpscale, and use that

Great to see, but it looks like you're substituting quality for frame drops. Is there graphical enhancements at the same time that can be disabled? Or is it solely just a resolution enhancement?
It doesn't state whether or not he is overclocking here either. Good chance he isn't if he isn't showing that, so might be able to avoid the lost frames that way.

PSP’s resolution is designed for its display so thats why it look so low res
No joke. The PSP screen had a pixel density of 140 dots per inch, while the one in the Vita has 220 dpi. The games that receive the best improvement are racing games (Wich the PSP had plenty of excellent material) when you want to see the things on the horizon.

Im not a fan of those fluctuating framerates. I could see some instances where it diped below just the normal psp shit. I think a stable framerate is more important than a minor upscale in resolution. Like im not gonna phukin be shitting my pants and writhing and foaming at the mouth wanting a few extra pixels you know. But it does look interesting and im exited to see what it could be like given a year or two. Maybe longer, who knows.

Graphically I don't really see much of a difference from this video. I won't jump to conclusions until I see the ps vita up close to see if it really is better and if not then you can never go wrong with the original psp.👍😎👌

If you soft mod you can use a vita2sd adapter bought for about $5 or so and a 256gb card for around $30-$40 for much bigger storage.
The psp may have a bad graphics but it runs at solid 60.0 fps

This gepatch is dead but sharp blinear simple filtering option on adrenaline bubble maker option is just as good without performance degradation tested on dragon ball z another road.

Remember that it is running on real psp hardware with a bigger resolution, so don't be harsh on it

It's more than a psp pro. It's vastly outclasses the psp. The 3ds is what I'll call a psp pro.

Falso falso falso, tengo una ps vita y una psp y es mentira que los juegos de psp se ven más nitidos en la vita, al contrario debido a que la pantalla de la vita es mas grande los juegos de psp se ven más pixeleados menos nitidos.
Por eso está usando el ge_patch, para que se vean más nítidos en la Vita...

@@davidc3952 Los juegos de PSP se ven mal en el video porque estás viendolos en un celular con pantalla de 5 pulgadas o más en HD (720p) o full HD (1080p) a pesar que el PSP arroja gráficos a 272p (por ende los pixeles se ven grandes y las imágenes distrosionadas o con dientes de sierra evidentes). En la segunda imagen ves los juegos con el ge_patch corriendo a 544p (lo cual es más cercano al HD que lo anterior), además de que en Adrenaline (emulador de PSP en el PS Vita) existe la opción de aplicar Advanced Anti-Aliasing, la cual suaviza aún más los dientes de sierra, haciendo la imagen más nítida, eso sumado a la resolución más alta hace que veas la imagen con mucho mejor calidad.
Ahora si entendiste?????.... 🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄....
