They usually overthink everything and can have anxiety just by finding they're not anxious. Ex: 'oh, I don't have anxiety. Wait, shouldn't I be worrying over something? Why don't I have anxiety right now? Did I not finish a test?' Etc. And it continues to spiral until it possibly causes an anxiety or panic attack.

Remember your the boss of you and your anxiety, and you won't nagotiate with it. Build a happy place inside your brain to visit when you're at your worst, but don't live there. Think of calming colors. If your driving and it happens, don't use cruise- to help you stimulate and not lose control, name every color you can see and in as creative ways as you can, red is crimson or Ruby or garnet instead of red, ect. Distract your brain as best you can and remind yourself of all these things. Dance to the beat of your favorite songs in their rythm... You're going to be okay.

It takes a very strong will and mind to get clean but nobody is as strong as a person who has gave into their demons of addiction and was able to walk away. Get a therapist. Literally everyone has flaws, some realise they have flaws and some don't. Think about someone you really care about and focus on them. Cutting or doing anything worse to yourself is just gonna result you in more pain than your feeling right now. Please stay strong and know that you are not a waste in life. I battle depression and anxiety together every day. Sometimes it's so hard it drives me to drink and go nuts but then I remember that I'm living in this life with this for a reason to show people that you can make it through and live your life in a normal way if you find other options out that makes you happy and not hurting yourself or others around you. I'm 37 now and still going strong. Been living with this since the age of 6 when I first was diagnosed.

I recently came across this song. It's a beautiful song with a lot of truth. I started experiencing anxiety attacks this year. I started college, a new job, moved and just a mix of family issues. It's hard to deal with things when we don't know how to understand it or have the strength to understand.

Great song man, I love it! I had panic attacks over 20 years and that's the truth. I went till 27 years old till I was up to 10 xanax's a night and did no good anymore. I didn't sleep for 4 days, didn't eat for 6 days and was going to comment Suicide so I called my mom and said I had enough, she found a place called Parkwood in Olive Branch in Memphis that was perfect. I stayed 2 weeks 3 days and was put on Klonopin (Benzo) it took away all my panic attacks. But in the mind you teach yourself you're not going to die and meditation helps too. I was able to beat a panic attack that week there and I was happy. I finally got home and finally after 20 years of praying to God, He finally took my panic attacks away. I'm 39 and panic attack free. So anyone can beat this illness,don't let people fool you. Just like this wonderful song that has such a powerful meaning listen to his words because he's speaking truth in this song. I want to know one thing, what is the title of this song? Is it Anxiety or ILLUMINATE?
A year later I am married, have a home, a stable job and a son. It wasn't easy but worth it. However you got this, it won't get any easier but it's worth it. To the future me, keep going, keep pushing you got this and this is the first step to loving yourself. You will make mistakes but it's ok. Everyone makes mistakes. Learn from them and do better. I told my sister that I have depression and anxiety and I said some others things and she told my mom and she took me to a hospital and we stayed there for about ten hours and it was hell.then to leave three police officers had to come to see if it was safe for me to come home because they didn't want me to hurt myself.but I didn't.then I had to go to a therapist because all the thoughts and things were running through my mind and they kept going.But going to the therapist really helped,but then I stop going and now the thoughts of life are running through my mind again,but I keep telling my self it gets better and that I'm not the problem. The one thing that really helps me is,writing all of my thoughts down on paper. For me it really helps and I hope if you do it,that is helps you.
It does help. I thought It didn’t but now I’ve had help I can control myself. I wrote a letter to my mum and she took me to doctors and took everything that I could hurt or damage myself with. But looking back it helped so much and now I’m much happier even tho it made me feel worse but u gotta feel worse to feel better

I have suffered from anxiety since i was 17, and there are moments that u cant control it and it sucks because u cant explain to people that its not just the palpitations, the fingers getting numb, short of breath, feeling like ur going crazy, the stuttering it aint just that but it hurts as well. They usually overthink everything and can have anxiety just by finding they're not anxious. Ex: 'oh, I don't have anxiety. Wait, shouldn't I be worrying over something? Why don't I have anxiety right now? Did I not finish a test?' Etc. And it continues to spiral until it possibly causes an anxiety or panic attack.

I battle depression and anxiety together every day. Sometimes it's so hard it drives me to drink and go nuts but then I remember that I'm living in this life with this for a reason to show people that you can make it through and live your life in a normal way if you find other options out that makes you happy and not hurting yourself or others around you. I completely agree. My boyfriend looks at me and cannot even see that I’m depressed. He just thinks I don’t feel good, when I’m actually thinking bad thoughts. He expects me to tell him when things are wrong. No one wants to tell someone that.

This song hits home, keep up the good work, it made me cry but in a good way. It is great to know you are not alone even when you feel that way there is always someone else hurting as well. Ive struggled with depression, depersonilization and anxiety/ panic attacks for 9 years. I used to self harm everyday but i have not relapsed in 2 years. Things get better , just have to stick together and stand tall. Thank you for your music and expression, it is people like you who help me get through the hard times

Great song man, I love it! I had panic attacks over 20 years and that's the truth. I went till 27 years old till I was up to 10 xanax's a night and did no good anymore. I didn't sleep for 4 days, didn't eat for 6 days and was going to comment Suicide so I called my mom and said I had enough, she found a place called Parkwood in Olive Branch in Memphis that was perfect. I stayed 2 weeks 3 days and was put on Klonopin (Benzo) it took away all my panic attacks. But in the mind you teach yourself you're not going to die and meditation helps too. I was able to beat a panic attack that week there and I was happy. I finally got home and finally after 20 years of praying to God, He finally took my panic attacks away. I'm 39 and panic attack free. So anyone can beat this illness,don't let people fool you. Just like this wonderful song that has such a powerful meaning listen to his words because he's speaking truth in this song. I want to know one thing, what is the title of this song? Is it Anxiety or ILLUMINATE?

I told my sister that I have depression and anxiety and I said some others things and she told my mom and she took me to a hospital and we stayed there for about ten hours and it was hell.then to leave three police officers had to come to see if it was safe for me to come home because they didn't want me to hurt myself.but I didn't.then I had to go to a therapist because all the thoughts and things were running through my mind and they kept going.But going to the therapist really helped,but then I stop going and now the thoughts of life are running through my mind again,but I keep telling my self it gets better and that I'm not the problem. The one thing that really helps me is,writing all of my thoughts down on paper. For me it really helps and I hope if you do it,that is helps you.

It does help. I thought It didn’t but now I’ve had help I can control myself. I wrote a letter to my mum and she took me to doctors and took everything that I could hurt or damage myself with. But looking back it helped so much and now I’m much happier even tho it made me feel worse but u gotta feel worse to feel better

I have suffered from anxiety since i was 17, and there are moments that u cant control it and it sucks because u cant explain to people that its not just the palpitations, the fingers getting numb, short of breath, feeling like ur going crazy, the stuttering it aint just that but it hurts as well. The walls closing in on you. It suck’s specially when love ones dont want to except that u have anxiety. It aint a damn decease. They say we trigger it our selfs, im sorry but if i knew how to turn it on dont u think id be able to turn it off? NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Some people need to get schooled . Anxiety is different for people some have it light, mild, but in some cases its an every day to day challenge. But hey there is only one person that will never judge or leave ur side.
