I get the biggest kick out of Andy in the intro, him laughing after firing a javelin on what I assume is a soft target is priceless.
Lets get this week started!
It's nice to hear of a Michigan connection. I believe that the guest and myself are near the same age and share many of the same memories and experiences. The Free Press, Northern Michigan, opening day, Fred Bear. It goes on.
Thank you.
My name is kankana Dutta we can not meet together because I am in India but you will stay in my heart Andy sir
Loved Iron Eagle
Quite the conversation. Nice job Andy and Tom. Long live Mort Neff, Tom.
What a great guest. Hopefully he will come back for updates.
Thank you.
Thank you Sirs, shared.
Never heard of this guy, but really enjoying the conversation.
I think the thing people under estimate about physical media is that you actually OWN it. Its not on some server someplace where it could vanish or be "updated" or altered. I think we are prolly going to see a lot more of that moving forward.
Keep up the GREAT WORK!!
I enjoyed this episode a lot. 👍
Another great one Andy, this is a solid dude.🤘🤘🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The nelson box is installed on what ever tv's you have. The box detects what program you are watching. This was before streaming years ago it was cable tv only from what I remember.
Yay! I haven't listened yet....but I'm sure Tom was epic. (inside joke with Tom). Tom is also the former voice of Warn Winches. haha
My brother and his roommates were Neilson "family" back in the 80s and 90s. They were paid a stipend and there was a box attached to their cable box. We always had a good chuckle about them being picked as all they ever watched was the history Channel and cartoons😅
RIP Gregory Coates
I see Tom from Texas on RUclips channel and Tom is from America and he has a Russian girlfriend and his girlfriend is so good.
I sold hunting an fishing licenses in Montana this summer at a little “ma & pa “ store, they don’t make anything off the licenses.
Right...they would make money off all the supplies purchased.

My brother-in-law and wife have Nielsen rating boxes, it's like a pager they wear around the house that records/reports what is playing the tv. It's just always listening to what's being played. Has their locations, demographic, gender etc profile and that's how they aggregate rates. So based on what they have playing on tv, how long they played it and so on. I find it kinda weird but they get paid a little for the "honor." Which I wonder if they tend to watch even more TV because of having it, even if subconscious. I don't think that many people actually have the box, like a few thousand or something like that. So it's all just guessing on the ratings/stats for key demos.
I actually received a packet letting me know I was selected to receive one of the their boxes. If I remember correctly they sent me 3 follow-up letters as well trying to get me to volunteer. I don't even allow ring cameras or Alexa devices in my house lol. I never responded to the mailings.

Climate does "change"...as a result of polar wander (the north & south poles actually wander). Based on the intensity and variation of offset to actual polar north/south (90 degrees north or 90 degrees south), the effect on the planet is changed. Any geophysicist who approaches this subject without political bias will tell you that polar wander has been the cause of "climate change" throughout the history of planet earth!!! (And for the whackadoodle's who say the climate change is caused by humans or cow-farts or whatever...just shut-it; your idiotic rambling does NOT do anything except add to the increased level of CO2 being expelled).
Andy you're not nearly as dumb as you claim to be.🤙🤙🤙
