yeah, your fingertips and your fingers hurt so much.. i remember this christmas i was trying to play guitar out in the cold with some of my friends, and my ring finger started to bleed.__.
Yeah but if you warm up it's fine. I used to play in the garage alot and when it's as cold as a Norwegian winter, as long as I warmed up (like for an hour) I could play Metallica and DragonForce solos with not much pain.

Rob, been a fan for years, still one of my favorite songs to come back to..
You know, it never properly struck me till just now, on how much voice and personality each and every individual instrument has. It's one thing to "know" it, and another thing to experience it. Half a year ago, my uncle gave me a guitar his grandfather used to play. This man was shell-shocked from war, and he could really only bond with his grand-kids by playing a $40 guitar he bought from Sears.
After I got the guitar, I tried tuning it, and playing as many songs on it as I could. None of the music I played sounded right when it stayed in tune, it was constantly slipping out of tune due to 3 broken tuners. It seemed like a terrible guitar to me.
This morning at 1 AM, I wanted to learn this song. iilwy. It didn't sound right on any of my guitars, but I decided that after 6 months of not being played, I'd try it out on my great grandfathers guitar. The song sounded so much more gorgeous and heartfelt and lively coming from this guitar. It honestly has me so happy from the sound that I'm in borderline tears.
Its something that's hard to realize, that every instrument has a song its made for, and a voice that carries through it. I kinda just found that out, and I'm happier right now than I have been in a really long time..

Do it!!! I think it would be super rad! I was wondering about it and had to come back and watch it again to see if I could see anything in it. I know today that have drone video cameras, but I don't think they had them really at the time of recording this video. But it really would be awesome to see a behind of the scenes of the making of this video! :)

Underrated.
I don't think it's underrated, just not well known. All in all, Rob should be more popular. I think he isn't getting the attention he deserves...
I am not a hater, but dudeee huge difference between your acoustic style and your metal style. I hear morenatural and confortable your acoustic style. I dig the acoustic part of your channel, not so much the metal one but great video
He's not all too into metal stuff I'd assume.

He used to play drums in a metal band. I loved his more acoustic stuff too...I have his first two albums and they are way different. But the metal stuff is what his sponsors want and what gives him views (i.e. money). I'm glad to see him getting recognition though :)

Rob, each and every one of your songs makes me feel such strong emotions. Most of then bring tears to my eyes and I am on the cusp of sobbing. Your songs are so beautiful, and they really help me to reflect on my life. Please, if possible, continue to let the harmonies of your heart bleed onto the strings of your guitar for the world to hear forever.
