This is my favourite recipe so far. I made it with mascarpone cheese instead of cream cheese and omg its SUPREME!! Except my sponge cake wasn't spongy at all 😅 not sure what went wrong... 🤔

Its because they quiet the sound for that part. You can hear the switch right after the mixer stops running, lol
