My favorite blade and dojo combination is the Autumn Gust and the Great Wave. Using those two together (and power ups too, I will admit) I have gotten a score of slightly over 1300, and even a combo of over 40 at one point! It was awesome! I got really lucky with the bananas on those as well.
Let's say that the Great Wave Dojo, Gutsu And Truffles Dojo and King Dragon Dojo (can be won through the Daily Challenges where you juggle golden dragon fruits each worth 50 points while slicing fruits, similar to those found in the Mini Game, but this effect is only available in Arcade Mode and Zen Mode) are my favourite regular dojos but the two Ghostbusters Dojos are not bad as well (if you played the 2014 update you can own the 2014 Ghostbusters pair for free), although the best two have to be the Yes Chef Dojo (from the game Yes Chef, to avoid paying for it play till level 30 in this game to unlock it and win other in-game resources given out 4 times, plus watch out for Fruit Ninja Mari whom Cherry meets for these rewards, comes with some light kitchen sounds in the background) where you start each game with 20 fruits on the screen (4 rows of 5 fruits each) and the paid for Farm Dojo (from the game Top Farm, was only in the premium version but recently released in the free version as well) where fruit chunks falling into the two side containers give you one bonus point each. And don't forget the 6 "Additional Dojos" retained from version 1 (gather enough Starfruit then search for and manually install the Version 1.9 apk to buy these, then update back to the latest version and they will still be retained): I Heart Sensei, Chinese Zodiac, Parchment, Storm Castle, Cloudy Skies and Koi Pond (all those beautiful fish make this one my favourite). I heard that in the premium version all 6 Additional Dojos also have unique effects on gameplay but not in the free version (why not?!), such as using the Cherry Blossom Dojo with the Sakura Slicer (can't remember what it does though) and one of them resulting in no bombs in Arcade Mode (I die for this one!!!).
(this is the paid version of fruit ninja) I like the thunder castle thingy dojo paired with Zeus' lightning as I only need to slice one power up banana (frenzy or double points or freeze) then I will get all 3 power up bananas. Using this combination my arcade high score was 1467
(paid version) I like using the shadow blade and great wave. It is an almost instant 1000 points for arcade. You get constantly beat in the face with fruit so you get so many combo's. My highest score 1888. Defenitly recommend you try this pair.
Can you do a video for best dojo\blade lairing in Fruit Ninja (paid)? I kind want to know about the swords above level 30 that aren't really in Fruit Ninja Free.
Dojos and blades above level 30 in paid version can be unlocked in free version by completing day 5 of the challenge (except golden ember which can only be unlocked now by an in app purchase in free version)

@@KrakenG927 no with the cloud one you have to have the screen brightness at 0%. For the castle you have to use the wind blade with the great wave dojo

You need to play Challenges in the free version to get the lightning bold blade and the storm castle dojo.
Try shadow blade with the great wave dojo!

Frendzy double points and freeze are the best combination with golden ember blade
I think King Dragon and Old Glory will give you 6000 to 8000 fruits with Boosts but the King Dragon is gone

My favoryte combo is Great wave + Bamboo Saird, In match I used both 3 power ups and scored 1600+
I pair the chainsaw blade and the great wave so i can get so many criticals and combo

Im assuming you're in free version or apple + it means that the blade's power is not yet made and you have to wait
