Do the questions anyway because you can edit them out later. This video was 7 minutes long. With questions, you could easily have gone to 10 minutes. Unless 5 minutes is what you're aiming for.
I generally aim for 7/8 minutes. Honestly, I forgot to ask for questions the night before, and I thought this episode would be longer than it actually wound up being, so I didnt stress over it.
