Thanks, i don't think it's a big difference, I just personally got a weapon in vault so I decided to craft the versa embellishment x2

Ignite is a bit behind atm. I jump to prevent hardcasting pyros, spamming A D also works :)
Why do you still press fire blast during hyperthermia? Shouldn't you justvspam pyro until the window is over so you can use blast outside of it to guarantee hot steaks as usual? Or use them inside a combustion window
To have more uptime on hot streak casts and also upkeep FTB stacks

Flamestrike should only be used on 5 targets or more. Technically. Not when you have like 3 left.
hearing FS at 5 or more targets. Pyro is the same 4 targets as FS so you would pyro if there is a prio target. What are your thoughts?
also open to hearing different mages opinions on ice floes vs shimmer because i swapped to ice floes during s3 of df and now cant get back on the shimmer wave. feel like there are too many mechanics to slightly move away from so ice floes just feels nice. + being able to blink out of stuns and such.
Is versa important for fire ?
Versa is valued more on fire than the other 2 specs, but you should always sim regardless. Haste is the most important
Isen’t mastery>vers in aoe. That’s how my mage sims as well.

@@FoxFoxxxxxmastery is not very good in single target though.
Honestly at this point ignite should just become a standard passive and mastery replaced with something like more damage on your abilities, or more damage with hot streaks. Or something like that

What are your standard for choosing whether you should be Pyroing or Flamestriking?
Flamestrike 4+ targets when there's no high priority mob otherwise pyro
@@maguvek so you pyro even in big pulls if theres a high priority target? And how do you decide between high prio or not? All about the healt or some dangerous targets as well?
@@zoubeko2681 I'd take the group composition into account as well, if you have anyone (Spriest) that has good prio damage then I'd just send Flamestrike, in addition take into account the mobs you're pulling
@@zoubeko2681 For ex. the Necromancer pulls in Necrotic wake, there's like 8+ mobs in that pull but you only pyro the necromancer cus its a dangerous target
