This was THE crossover movie for Super Sentai and Kamen Rider. Decade is the shortest Rider season with 31 episodes. It's a good beginner's season that shows off many Riders without much if any spoilers. Gokaiger is also an anniversary season like Decade, hope you have fun with both :3

@@cxthednalien I mean it is. It shows off many Riders without spoiling their seasons and just builds up interest to check them out. At least that's how it worked for me as Decade was my first Kamen Rider season which got me into watching Kiva, Faiz, and so on.
not really since some riders made more than just a cameo appearance in a lot of Decade's episodes so new viewers would just not get the hype and excitement when they see them. its like watching no way home but you've only heard or seen Tom Holland's movies

14:50 to 16:12 is where they had a little fun because, they paired together Riders and Sentai who aired in the same year fighting each other's villains (with the exception of the OOOs moment).
Narutaki was a "wierd" person from Decade. The main promise of that series is Decade destroying all riders(and their worlds) of the multiverse until he finds the strongest one. If Decade would be Galactus, then he would be the Silver surfer. Narutaki always went to another word one step before Decade to "warn" the heroes of his arrival. In the series he is mostly antagonising Decade but over time he is mostly a watcher who over sees Decade/multiverse related events. Even now we don't know anything about him except for these things. (Even Decade doesn't know anything about him. That's why he questions him at the end of this movie.
The director did attempt to clear up his character at the end of the show with a movie but that movie got cancelled in the end.

My Theory is that he is from a Word which destroied by a version of Decade(Dark Decade 😁) and sense then he tries to help the other worlds by ploting against him. But after seeing our Tsukasa, he has hope to our version of Decade and mostly just making challenges to him in order to be ready for such multiversal frats.
Diend is a bit of a yandere obsessed with decade who sometimes helps or does crazy stuff. Since decade lost his memories it's kept ambiguous how deep their relationship was.
Nah man, all Diend does is steal shit, be annoying and then runs away lol. The fact that they made him the bad guy in this movie is literally character assassination, that one of the biggest bullshit from the Taisen movies.

History is that kamen rider came first starting in 1971 then in late 1975 super Sentai started which was an idea based on if there were a team of five riders that fought against evil. So in essence Sentai/Power Rangers wouldn’t exist if Kamen rider didn’t. Also Rider did take hiatuses around the 1980s and 90s while Sentai for the most has been airing a new series every year
22:29 Ironically enough, he does for the Gaim X ToQger crossover which sets up for the 3rd Super Hero Taisen movie and in the most wackiest way possible to tie into ToQger

Most of these pairs celebrate the Superhero Time action hour that airs every Sunday morning in Japan since 2003!
Correction spoiler for Kamen Rider DiEnd: he is a thief and he is neutral on whether to help or get in the way of decade
The playing card guy is General Shadow, he’s one of Kamen Rider Stronger’s enemies. He gets the spotlight because Stronger got cancelled in the mid ‘70s and Goranger took its place in its time slot with Rider not coming back until 1979 with Skyrider. So in a fourth wall way, he has a reason to hate Super Sentai!
This whole thing basically just came down to the endless bickering of Decade's crew, Kaito, Tsukasa and Narutaki... 😅
And that's Super Hero Taisen! An awesome spectacle that is a must watch for every Toku fans at some point. At the time it came out KR and Sentai has only crossovered once with KR Decade and the Samurai Sentai Shinkengers, it's no doubt that this crossover was one of the reasons that inspired them to make this film.
As someone who has seen a lot of these shows, rewatching this film made me realize the whole thing was kinda all over the place lol. The writing for the movie feels pretty iffy once you pay attention to the smaller details, the reason for KR and Sentai fighting was kinda silly at times and the power scaling was just broken (even if it was just an act), some character's (especially Diend) was written in a questionable way. Not to mention the fact that these movies can be more favored towards the KRs, it can't be helped since KRs started making way more money than Sentai at the time, it's not as jarring in this one but as more of these are made they get progressively more Rider focused to the point where it's literally just a KR movie ft. a Sentai team.
All that being said though, this movie is still freaking incredible. That scene of all the (main) Riders and Sentai gathering on that battlefield has solidified itself as one of the most iconic scenes in the world. Literally, that scene holds the Guinness World Records for most costumed actors on screen with shocking 486 actors, yeah let's see Marvel beating that.
Diend does have some movie where he is the protagonist, so he isn't all evil, just kind of a crazy dude who like to do stuff he feel like at that moment.
The kamem rider time travel train you mean is kamen rider den-o its good series and good comedy

I mean, you can watch Decade without watching other Heisei series first, but i do agree don't watch Zio just yet (or do not watch it at all, it's so bad lol)
