I honestly thought it was about heroin.. when u shoot heroin u taste the heroin & blood n your mouth when u inject the dope. I could be way off tho. Also the lyrics "I'm not the man I once was, all that I am fades away, the rage n my heart flows thru my veins" ect.. could be way off
Metaphor for drug use (heroin) employing a werewolf as the person the singer becomes when using? That would actually totally make sense. I always just thought it was about a werewolf.. interesting catch 🙂

One of my favorites of the newer songs. We were there in Bend in Feb of 2022 when they debuted it and loved it then, now they've added the circular vocals and embellished on it since and built it into something really special.
