Another HUGE Discrimination Lawsuit Against Disney has landed and no one is talking about it. It seems like almost once a week we have a major lawsuit against Disney and I have the playlist to prove it.

TITLE: HUGE Discrimination Lawsuit Against Disney - AGAIN! - Развлечения
They are going to be able to play 52 lawsuit pickup soon!
Oh... YES! LOL
the real question is will they be able to pay out their lawsuits with the company tanking?
Collecting lawsuits like they're trading cards.
Gotta catch em all!
Yes... but they are all in MINT condition.
I am absolutely shocked! I had "another big discrimination lawsuit" pencilled in for NEXT week…
LOL.... let me laugh harder.... LOL... It is insane you can set your watch by these lawsuits....
Musk needs to make a Tesla Factory, but for Disney Lawsuits. Where they have dozens of lawyers on a factory floor, assembling lawsuits on conveyor belts, at an industrial scale. Then suing Disney everyday. Like non stop. Would make the lawfare against Trump seems like child play. It would be the Omaha Beach of lawfare.
Between this stuff, and the sinking stock prices, I don't see Iger and his cronies as an issue in the long term...
I still stand by my statement that if not for the "Proxy War", the stock price would have stayed under $100 per Share.
@@CultureCasino All it will take is a bad year at the parks for the company to crash. I feel a lot of people going to Disney now are only doing so because they already planned their trips in advance. As more people balk at the prices and quality of the parks I think future years will dwindle, forcing them to raise the price more.
Never mind the fact the parks, at their core are built on the IP's of the movies, and there hasn't been any good movies in a decade or more.
@@JustaGuy_Gaming It's starting to diminish to the level that price increases and secondary ticket schemes "Genie Plus" is the only flotation device there is...
The stock is up. I don't know where people get this narrative from? They clearly don't trade stocks or don't pay attention to the markets.
Damn another one?!
Yep... They don't want to pay women... or anyone for that matter.
This is a PARTICULARLY insidious suit among the others. Wow.
It's a bit rough at Disney now...
@@CultureCasino Is "A bit rough" like "A little bit pregnant"??? :)
Sounds like part of the SEC whistleblower's lawsuit as well. Lack of promotions and underpaid. They never investigated her whistleblows either or the discrimination against her for being on FMLA to take care of her son.
Vultures smelling a corpse. Dog piling to get a piece. Also, Just commenting to appease the Gods of algorithm 😁
Aside from that, would be interesting to compare the number of lawsuits against Disney before this chaotic era.
Sounds like Disneys own virtue politics is eating them alive.
Dang, it seems like the might die of a thousand lawsuit cuts
This is a LOT of Lawsuits.
They HATE these cans!
Money needs to sue them for discrimination, they clearly hate it.
Not that I am a fan of Disney nowadays, but I do get suspicious when multiple lawsuits pop up like this. As it can be reasonably assumed - as CC pointed out - Disney will settle, it doubtless seems like easy money to quite a few female Disney employees (and the attorneys who are almost certainly working on a contingency basis).
They have some serious issues. and thank you young lady.
I echo this sentiment. It's not whether it's true or false, right or wrong, it's what can be proved in court.
My first thought here is to wonder if this lawsuit isn’t a deliberate attempt to destroy the credibility of lawsuits/accusations that the Rodent House discriminates against white men in its employment processes.
At some point you have to consider it’s no longer discrimination when everyone is being “discriminated” against.
We need a lawsuit counter for Disney. I am sure there will be more this year.
This chick is looking for deep pockets. Not a fan.
Any lawyer usually goes after ALL pockets...
She sure managed to get a lot of buzzwords into that opening 😂
I don't think this really means much. It's basically any one who's ever had a job any where to be under paid and asked to do work above your position without pay. If you'll do the job, they will try and keep you in some kind of "training" or other assistant like position long as possible. I feel the fact she was a women is just tacked on there to make the lawsuit easier to win and honestly doesn't have much weight, especially at Disney.
Frankly the only thing this really points out is no one is scared of Disney any more. People are eager to try and sue the company, they no longer fear the army of Lawyers Disney used to be known for.
You are correct... No one is scared of Disney. All that power and influence has been spent and it only gave Iger on more year to tear it down.
She better hope her employment record is spotless. I've see so many of these cases dismissed after it comes out in discovery that they were a problem employee with poor performance or discipline issues. I give these suits little merit until they're actually won in court.
@@auntykriest They usually bank on the idea companies don't want bad press and are willing to settle to avoid it. Problem with this case is it obviously already caused the bad press and Disney is a bit short on "shush money" these days as proven by so many cases coming to light.
Wining on the merits of this case is pretty unlikely imo. You are never guaranteed a raise, and always have the option to quit if you don't think your being paid enough. I also don't remember the article talking about her doing a good job either, or being successful. Considering she worked for disney and the company is failing massively it might not be a good reason to ask for a raise.
Hard to say if the person suing is a social-political extremist, perhaps even more "woke" than her former woke employer was & is. After all, since there's no honor among woke thieves, anything is possible with them.
Sorry, my spidey-senses are tingling on this one. I'm siding with Disney, here, until I get more info. This just really smells like a "she's SHIT but we can't get rid of her" situation, until it got to the point where it was cheaper to risk the lawsuit.
This one smells fishy to me. She goes after Vin Diesel then Disney? Not saying it couldn't have happened, but this is starting to look like woke on woke lawfare.
Weekly Disney lawsuit
When u file a suit like this, u better be super duper sure that there's no paper trail of bad evaluations, discipline, etc. Discovery is a bitch, if u file a suit for discrimination and it comes out publically that you actually just suck at your job....you're not working anywhere again. This chick sounds litigious to me, a typical take advantage of 'social culture' to get that free ride for life type. I'm 100% skeptical of all these claims these days until they win in court, too many people want to be rich by manipulating the system rather than working these days.
Disney is a mess. Christmas comes early this year.
Dang it ,Bob.
Hate it for'm. These are the people they chose to care about. These are the opinions that matter to them. Let them pay for the privilege of those alliances. They deserve it.
I think that could be karma in effect as well.
I think it’s bs. She probably didn’t do a good job and didn’t deserve a raise.
OH NO WAY...... NOT DISNEY.
Need to get the lawsuit’s in fast to beat Disney bankruptcy😂!
Culture, another good video....
Two points that I think you may have missed....First, the other situation she was involved in, allegedly with Vin Diesel, are a bit problematic for me. Either the article author is throwing or intending to throw shade for some reason, or there is a bit more to the story than what they can write about without going into heavy speculation. Second, and more importantly, I think there is an issue that has been missed by most people and RUclipsrs....there is something really messed up with Disney's HR department, and it has been going on for a lot longer than we all think.
HR is supposed to look into and investigate these types of issues, as well as ensure that salaries are mostly equivalent and competitive Considering how DEI the corporation is supposed to be, yet there are imbalances and inequities such as this and the class action lawsuit indicates a manure ice berg is afloat in the HR department. As you suggest, we may have only scratched the surface of the ice berg. In a Supervisory Management class I took in college, the instructor, when asked about Equal Opportunity laws and practices, told us that most problems are caused by poor explanation, implementation, and roll-out of the laws and hence corporate practices. I think we have a prima facie case right here with Disney. With the practices that have developed and have allegedly happened en masse (Gina Carano comes to mind....), and happening in California, a state with strict labor and labor relation laws, I have to wonder what is going on. Has their HR Department lost touch with reality? I am also surprised that we have not heard or seen extensive evidence of workplace violence, as the seemingly allowed interpersonal employee interactions we have heard about seem to be eerily similar to incidents that occurred in the US Postal Service several years ago.
I bet Iger is wishing he retired by now? He's going to keep getting sued! LOL
He should have stayed retired...
Siding wirh the mouse on this one.
Fair enough.
@@CultureCasino painfully siding lol. Especially with the other lawsuit.
Skill? DEI hires have no skills...
Well.... Yeah...
Is getting slapped by multiple lawsuits progressive now? Sounds like Disney is paving the way? 🤷
If you look at it, 50% of lawsuits are from what Disney would think are friendly's..
@@CultureCasino Disney being eaten by their own supposedly allies.
Suc... it Woke Disney
They seem to be missing the original issues with "injustice".
Oof
Big Oof... Yikes Even..
Indeed lol
