Kelly, love your stuff. And thank you, a big sincere thank you to the nurses, doctors, EMTs and on and on that are risking health and more to help treat the sick! There are alot of people in gov't who talk and would never sacrifice, you guys are. Again thank you
Appreciate all this info and knowledge you are giving, I'm osteopath and I've been working with bands right now in these days, I'm very happy to have them and so impressed about how we can give such a great therapy to everyone. Thanks and keep on working.
I have noticed while hiking my hands will swell as they are hung by the sides all day. I imagine it is similar to the feet swelling due to inactivity. This technique might work for that as well. Thank you for all the education, Kelly. You are helping a lot of people. Like you said, we got this!
I thought I heard him say about 5 minutes - not too tight to stand it that long, but tight enough not to stand it much longer. Look at 1:22 in the video
He went underneath the heel and up and around (whilst holding the band so that it didn't slip from the heel--it's about the angle) the opposite side of the angle. Hope that clarifies it.

Great vid Kelly. Your voodoo band healed my tennis elbow a couple years ago, my wife was skeptical at first to say the least.
Hope she's a believer now!

EVEN THE KIDS!
I have to find hiding places in my office to do this reset. It's really embarrassing when I get caught.
the shame!
A handy tip thankyou 👍
Keep it on for a couple of minutes or longer?
What implications, if any, might this have for treatment of conditions such as plantar fasciosis, heel contusions, etc.?
…unfortunately the Time-duration is not mentioned. Maybe it could be added sometime to come - would be great √√

Keep it on for as long as you can stand it. Loosen, to let the blood flow back then re apply again!!
That will have an effect.
@@bbcakes944 Thanks a mil√√
@@loristrachan8633 A nice approach. Will try it √
Will voodoo floss help plantar fasciitis? Im gonna get me some
What did you do with the Voodoo band at the heel (I noticed you did some quick movement and then started to wrap in the opposite direction).
He went underneath the heel and up and around (whilst holding the band so that it didn't slip from the heel--it's about the angle) the opposite side of the angle. Hope that clarifies it.
Why this works? It forces more blood in the foot? Why? Thx
Next up, voodoo flossing your teeth.
