    Thank you for mentioning the risks with stopping HRT. I ran out of my prescription refills and have been avoiding going back to the doctor. Also, I have very occasional heart palpitations that I realize might be related to the menopause. I have been reluctant to mention it as a symptom because I don't want to be forced through a battery of heart tests unnecessarily. Sadly, I don't trust any doctors or hospitals or medical systems anymore.

    Thank you for all this information. It is so timely. It makes you wonder the difficult relationship women have had with the medical field.

    Thank you so much for this informative video. I recently had a new female practitioner drastically lower my estrogen, and I am having so many of these problems that you have spoken about. I feel like I am barely alive.. no energy lots of pain and swelling in my legs started having heart arrhythmia again. Besides the fact that I’m not sleeping, having hot flashes, and night sweats again after nine years. The worsening and new symptoms. I am having are endless! I am on the .075 estrogen patch. I was on 7 mg. Oral biest for 9 years and felt like a completely different person. I don’t understand why doctors and nurses still are not trained on the benefits of bioidentical hormones. I definitely had a rebound of problems and have aged 10 years in the last six months. I look and feel it. This is not acceptable. I just recently found you and I thank you for doing your part and educating us. God bless you!

      Biest is Estriol its not Estradiol. So less potent. The idiot doctor has literally took you off your hormones. Go to another practitioner.

    I can't tolerate progesterone , I'm using utragestran vaginally as my mireena coil misplaced , I'm awaiting to remove coil not sure if I'm replacing it?
    Do I have to take progesterone if I've got PMS?
    Very informative ❤

    Do you have any advice for people who persist in getting raised red and very itchy patches on their skin from all the transdermal oestrogen. I take Progynova tablets, but wish I could reduce the risk associated with them.

      The "risks" of oral estradiol are of very little clinical significance in healthy women. It is literally two or three extra women per 10,000 who may have a blood clot or stroke compared to those on transdermal. I'm on oral estradiol plus progestin for medical reasons and I don't give it a second thought as I am fit and don't smoke etc. Most of the studies showing the cardiovascular benefits of estrogen were done with oral as patches weren't around then.

      Thanks so much for responding. Oral oestrogen never seems to get mentioned in discussions. @@charleedell92

    Is there any link between estrogen deficiency and glaucoma?

    • @jessicahitchens6926
      @jessicahitchens6926 Месяц назад

      Yes. Its caused by low or no Estradiol. And inflammation caused by Estrone.
