Goofy raises his son as a single father and has to deal with the ups and downs of that.
Donald is raising his three nephews with the help of his uncle and friends.
Mickey has been beating around the bush with the same girl for 101 years.
VocalCalibration
He actually has nephews too... But he doesn't raise them like Donald.
Yeah! Why is Mickey the face of Disney? He's freaking useless.
And Pluto is literally a dog enslaved to mice even tho goofy is a dog and is free
It's because he's yellow.
it's explained in the disney comics as there are 'animals' and 'domesticated animals' 'Domesticated' is more along the lines of Goofy, Mickey, and Donald, wearing clothes and talking. Pluto is just an animal. It's like people that keep monkeys for pets. Same difference to the toons.
I've always had a theory that unbeknownst to him Max's lie that Powerline and Goofy were old friends was actually true and that is why Powerline was so chill about them showing up on stage.
I will gladly accept this headcanon.
I like that theory. Its not the theory N.C. wanted, but I think he'll settle. Although, I do kind of want an answer to why there are so many dogs, why they all look like bad guys from Crash bandicoot, and why the goofs, Pete, and his son all seem like they belong in a better movie.
P.S.: Okay, the Billy Bob's Rockifire explosion reference already got my skin crawling, but then it had to remind me why I'm so terrified of said Crash bad guys, but then it had to do this 9:14 .
I think it was a complete surprise to Powerline that his old Jam buddy Goofy just showed up out of NOWHERE with his kid just to rock with him one more time
He was preforming at a very young age, that's why everyone likes him so much.
@Seth Belfort I mean maybe being a rock star he has a great makeup crew and decent health so he looks younger then he is?
I think the reason this movie has had a resurgence in the past few years is because it has grown with its audience. People who were kids in the 90s could identify with Max when it first came out. Now, as adults we can identify with Goofy. The movie portrays both sides of the relationship so well that it speaks to people in different ways at different points in their lives.
Oh my god you're right. ;0
Absolutely right, as we grow up, we accept how we are and present ourselves as we are, back then we rebelled and were all trendy. It's the same for today except the trends the kids are into these days are far worse than the trends of the 90's.
that and the fact that one of cartoon channels played it 2 times a day for a week
I feel so old. This is what they said about the old films. WE WITNESSED THE ANCIENT TREASURES
That _ooooooooor_ everyone is a furry and wants to bang the girl.
The most underrated part of this film to me is the fact that the actor playing Goofy somehow manages to give an emotionally driven performance with genuinely affecting moments while still sounding like the classic Goofy voice. That’s not an easy thing to accomplish, so he gets massive props in my book
Edit: Holy Balls that’s a lot of likes! Thanks!
Bill Farmer is a legend. (Literally, since 2009, a Disney Legend)
I read a blurb that they wanted a more serious voice, but Bill Farmer convinced them he could pull off the serious scenes with the classic voice
Ya, I guess that is true.

This film is criminally underrated and i think its cheap how disney never really used roxanne again (apart from in mickeys house or something like that) as i thought she was a great character
She became a background character (or they just drew someone who looked strikingly similar to her) in the DuckTales reboot.
Bluejacketman
Agreed and she was in an episode of House of Mouse. ^^
I always liked her and this movie, it wasn't top tier Disney work but it was still really good and Roxanne was really underappreciated. I also had a bit of a crush on her when it came out (I was like 10 when i saw it)
Agreed. I’ll have to sift through the muck of fan fiction to find a golden nugget story about Max and Roxanne reconnecting after the Goofy movie 2.
I remember being 13 or 14 and watching Mickeys Twice Upon a Christmas. There's a segment where Max brings home a girl home for the holidays, and it wasn't Roxanne. I was mad.
The continuity in this film is astounding. Everyone you see in the opening song shows up later at the school. Stacey is skipping by the bus stop, Bobby is on the bus to the school.
The nuns are seen shopping at Goofy's store, on the road, at the diner where Goofy puts Max in Charge of the Map, at the Monster Truck rally, and pulling into the concert.
And the little old lady in the hot rod was shopping there as well.
We even see that MICKEY HIMSELF WAS HITCHHIKING TO THE CONCERT, as his line in the song is "AND IT'S CA-LI-FOR-NI-A OR BUST" and we see him in the crowd after the security guard smashes into the screen.
You've either got the intelligence of a god or you've watched this film waaay too many times to notice all this.
I'm impressed either way, so... here's a like.
There’s a funny continuity error during the Stand Out reprise where Bobby is sitting on top of the statue cheering Max, but when Max runs by the bus and high fives everyone on board immediately after, Bobby is among them. Amazing attention to detail and the humor that comes from that, other than that one mistake lol
Who knew that the Goofy Cinematic Universe was so expansive
Also, the babies eyes turning red during the photo being taken is an amazing attention to detail
It's a damn shame the house of mouse officially declares this movie is noncanon.

There was another piece of nightmare fuel that wasn't mentioned here. Max slaps the guy in the opossum costume causing the head to swing around backwards. The poor guy then staggers off screen only to fall in a few seconds later mauled by a pack of kids which then drag him back off screen.

The electric chair remark messed me up a bit, because my babysitter told me "Oh, the electric chair is a punishment for really bad kids at school where they give you an electric shock. But don't worry, it's only for the REALLY bad kids." It was a few years before I learned it was just an execution method and was like, whew.
Lizzy Chrome my cousin said the same thing to me
Lizzy Chrome kinda the same but my mom explained me in detail it was an execution method.
I really tried to tone it down:
"b-but they let you go after that right?"
"Well basically, you DIE. There's no escape till you DIE"
Your babysitter is fucked up
1Dudelove No u wouldn't vato shut the hell up
At my high school, there really was an electric chair in one of the storage rooms. It didn't have any wires attached to it, and certainly had not been in use for a while, but the head attachment was still on it and the chair was wooden. OR it could have been a restraining chair for special needs, but the rumor was it was an old electric chair.
Is it possible to make something so dated its actually timeless?

I wasn't born when this movie came out, but after watching it, I can say that the relationship between Max and Roxanne definitely feels like a realistic high school crush, both of them are really shy but they do share some chemistry. Its sad they weren't together by the time An Extremely Goofy Movie came out. We all would have loved to see how their relationship developed since the first movie.
Me either but I watched half of the sequel...does that count??
@@filletofish2200 No! You must experience this movie

ALL MAX AND GOOFY HAD TO DO was agree to slightly postpone the trip. Everyone wins.
i think there was a feeling of urgency with Goofy though. The principle was basically threatening his kid with the electric chair.
Actually it was on part the principal overreacting greatly! And goof didn’t even stop and try to ask what exactly happened
Goof had that 'single parent raising a son in the ghetto' anxiety.

The way Goofy delivers that "I know that!" with so much drama and anger is so unlike him, but also so true and real. One of his best and most touching moments.
You can tell you're growing up when your feelings on a Goofy Movie switch from "poor Max, his dad is so embarrassing!" to "MAX, YOU SELFISH BRAT HOW CAN YOU NOT APPRECIATE YOUR ABSOLUTE TREASURE OF A FATHER?!"
What about when you find yourself taking both sides at once? I can picture myself doing that when I properly watch the movie.
If I recall correctly, when I watched this movie years ago when I was younger, I actually took both sides, thinking,"Poor Max" and thinking "Poor Goofy" at the same time, and I still feel the same way watching this review. I must be an ageless immortal.
UrpleSquirrel I feel bad for both of them.
The Toontastic Toon I also always felt bad for both of them
I feel bad for Max having a somewhat stubborn dad, that, while being good-hearted, is too much influenced by strangers and bring that into their relationship.
I also feel bad for Goofy for not being to deal with the situation in a more natural way, not giving his son a voice (until the final act) which could prevent a lot of problem.

I'm really liking this new trend in NC reviews. It's tons of fun to make fun of bad movies, but there's also something to laugh about in good movies that we all remember and look back on fondly.
I swear there are people who take it the wrong way when he pokes fun at the good stuff. I watched the ducktales 2017 premier review he did with my brother and he was so mad and said that NC was way too harsh and that he needed to see that it's a good reboot.. Fan theory - The reason Goofy is so eccentric is because of his own childhood, his own father, George Geef was very hard on him as you can see from the old 50s shorts ,and was also rather neglectful. Goofy just wants to be the dad he never had.
Wait so where does the episode where he gets fat comes in on George geef Side
Nice tie in to those shorts--but Goofy’s not a redhead. I agree with your theory, but I extend it by adding that George Geef went though a huge character change after his wife--Peggy Pooch--and his son Junior (Goofy’s big brother) both died in a car crash. And Goofy doesn’t want for it to take something like that for him and his own son to be closer, especially since he himself is now a widower as well.
@@shewolfsiren I also think Goofy wanted Max to grow up to respect his late grandfather’s memory
@@ANDCFC95 That’s a very good point! At the start, Max is calling the trip and all things part of it “lame”, “dumb”, and “stupid”, unintentionally bashing his own grandfather and his dad’s best childhood memories of him, especially when Goofy goes on and on about “My dad and me” stories. But then, when Goofy does the can opener trick, instead of saying “My dad taught me that”, he poignantly and pointedly says “Your grandfather taught me that.” And it is implied that Goofy’s father--Max’s grandfather--is no longer alive, because it is seen in that scene just how much Goofy is missing him as he talks about him with Max, and how much he’s longing to relive those moments through him.
@@shewolfsiren good thing he didn’t inherit George’s temper, otherwise his reaction to Max lying to him about the left or right would have been very different
The encounter with Bigfoot did lead to one of the funniest lines in the movie:
Max: IT'S BIGFOOOOT!
Goofy: Could you back up a bit, Mr. Foot? You're out of focus :D
Goofy was filming Bigfoot without realizing it was Bigfoot.
Pictures of Bigfoot are always blurry and out of focus.

Part of what makes the movie not seem dated in a bad way is that the parenting methods and values on display haven't changed a ton since the movie came out. You still have got dads like Goofy and Pete around and the same arguments on what's right.
Do you mean like, "My dad could beat up your dad!"
@@Unremarkable6969 Each parent has their preferred way of raising their children and often judge others who do it differently, is what the OG poster meant I think.
Because of kingdom hearts it kind of warms my heart that Max says Donald is Goofy’s best friend. Even if it was true before kh lol.
They should have Max in the game. Of course I know A Goofy Movie cannot exist in the game. Unless Goofy moved to another world settled down and had Max.
@@h193013 Remember, we have 3, possibly 4 games that establish that the main Disney trio are either immortal, or they don't age much.
-Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep shows that 10 years prior to Sora's adventure, Disney Town was a bustling place, and still well into its creation rather than being some new town that was created. They talk about the Million Dreams Festival as if it's been some long held tradition, so we know the town has been around for a good while.
-Kingdom Hearts II shows us that there was a point when the town was at its infancy, when the castle was still being built. Mickey (and the trio when they walked in) looked completely different, and even Donald and Goofy mention how familiar it feels.
-Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance established that there was possibly multiple worlds with them in it, or that this was another phase of their own world at some point when it came to the World of the Musketeers (and while Sora's journey was a trap, Riku's was very much not as he journeyed through the sleeping worlds, which World of the Musketeers was considered) .
-Kingdom Hearts Unchained Key/Union Cross even had them show up in Daybreak town at I believe multiple points, and Daybreak Town was the only world in that game that was real...and it was established that the events in that game were to have taken place 100 years before KH 1.
It's very possible that Goofy could have settled down and had a kid at some point, especially since at the very least the Disney characters live an incredibly long life.
This movie always makes me want to give my dad a hug every time I watch it. Love you, dad :)

This was the movie my dad and I would watch all the time when I was younger. The VHS was never taken out of the player, we sang all the songs, despite the relationship not being quite the same (Father and Daughter) we still bonded over it. Time passed and my dad and I had a rough patch, one day I rewatched the movie and cried very hard at the "Hi Dad Soup" part. It made me realize that neither side was in the wrong and that I really really missed my dad. I took a can of Thai Coconut and made a fake label out of some graph paper and crayons. I met up the next day and apologized, we both cried and the Hi Dad soup now sits on a shelf in the living room to this day.
I still cry at that scene though.
CauliflowerKeely That's one of the most thoughtful and truly wonderful things I've read all week.
wow!!!!
My faith in humanity is finally restored.
CauliflowerKeely - Aw, that's really sweet... I love such genuine, heartfelt-moments between close friends and family members. No matter what the cause of any given "rough patch" may be, provided that, when the time comes to make up, both sides have sincerely hung up any lingering thoughts of "who was at fault" and other suchlike notions, the entire experience will ultimately serve to strengthen and reinforce the bond between them :)
Also, I always like when an older person and a younger person (for you, it was between yourself and your pops - for me, it was between myself and my little sister ^_^) end up having something in common that they can both enjoy without either feeling like they've compromised. For me and my sis, that thing was videogames.
One of my very favorite childhood memories is of the 2 months my sister and I (at this time we were aged 9 and 14) actually worked pretty solidly as a team and systematically worked our way through the original Metroid game. We'd trade off between who played the game and who drew up parts of the game world map and helped navigate. Getting through that game together that was SO MUCH FUN! That was the first time that I felt a REAL sibling-bond with my sister.
She's still one of my best friends today, and, of course, we still game together, as often as our job schedules (and relative time zones) permit. She and I live in different states now, but we meet online for a couple hours at least once every week to play Overwatch, or Titanfall 2, or whatever... Actually, a few years back we set aside a weekend so we could play the Portal 2 co-op campaign. And that brought back that same sibling-bond we got back when we played Metroid - it's that synergy of working so well with somebody on a given thing that you both get in that "zone" and you almost don't even need to talk, sometimes; you just sorta "know" what you're both gonna do. ^_^
now u made me cry >:(

Tevin Campbell as Powerline was brilliant! All those songs are bangers still til this day
Originally it was written for Bobby Brown, but due to Brown's Drug problems and alcoholism as well as the fact that Disney begin to want a Teen idol singer, 18 year old Tevin Campbell was chosen instead.

One of the realest movies made about being a teen and being the parent of a teen is ironically a cartoon. This is a great and underappreciated movie. That scene with Goofy being torn apart inside because of his son's deception is so powerful, it reaches an emotional intensity rarely seen in movies in general. And that romance between 2 awkward teenagers is so plausible and realistic, both of them not knowing what to do and being realistically uncomfortable. Really good stuff.
I'd submit the Into the Spiderverse franchise as a contender too now. Mile's parents are very realistic in that they are stict with him, but love him, trying to find that balance between what's too strict and push him in the right direction, while having to let go to make his choices. Miles on the teenage side is also relatable, not wanting to disappoint hsi parents, love them, gets angry and embaressed at them, but trying to find himself and how he wants to do things in life. True teh franchise doesn't focus only on their relationship, but everytime I watch that movie, I find their interactions so relatable with neither side being wrong, but still loving an dunderstanding.
"Funny enough, this scene gets surprisingly uncomfortable..."

Part of the appeal of this movie is that it's just so different from other Disney animated movies. It's a teen comedy a road trip movie and a father/son story. You don't see that in other Disney animated flicks. It's also just '90s enough to serve as a time capsule rather than something cringeworthy.
Exactly. Even with the goofy cartoony stuff it still feels very down to earth compared to other Disney movies.
Right. And maybe not the "down-to-earth" part, but I think if you ask most fans of less conventional Disney movies, you'll get similar answers. People like them for their not-Disney-like elements. Heck, I also really like Treasure Planet. And it's largely because the main character isn't some pleasant dreamer who wants "more". Instead, Jim Hawkins is an angry, restless delinquent kid dealing with his abandonment issues.
With the 90's parts, they are over the top and used as a celebration instead using it to "fit in the crowd". Even the 90s principle was used as a joke and didn't stay too long. It has flaws, but really, it's too adorable to rip it apart for a few annoyances.
Adam Hoffman Treasure Planet is amazing. Glad it gained a cult following on the internet. Sucks it bombed at the box office. :(
13:30 - He probably is; this movie is in the same continuity as the _Goof Troop_ TV series, and yet Peg and Pistol aren't acknowledged in any way shape or form, meaning that we essentially have no other option but to use Occam's razor and conclude that Peg divorced Pete and gained full custody of Pistol before completely cutting contact.
How many dead moms are there in the entire disney universe. Also if there were lesbian moms how would they decide which one to kill? Or would they kill both of them? Also why the gloves?
Waffle House that depends, how many dead pop culture moms are there?
They would kill the biological mum
you just gave me an idea for an animated movie
All the Disney movies where the protagonists are orphans raised on the streets (like oliver and company) are because the lesbian mothers were both killed off.
The last guy who wondered about the gloves thing was Max’s friend Bobby, in the sequel of this movie, and he was never seen again
Just a small point, Max and Goofy don't "compromise" and agree to see what the other wants to see. Goofy makes Max the official navigator of the trip from that point on, meaning that Max is the one who then gets to pick all the places that the stop at. At first, Max picks places that he wants to go, like a theme park and a monster truck rally. However, upon noticing how his father isn't having any fun, but it still allowing him to pick the spots regardless, Max starts picking places that he knows Goofy will like. This leads to the two of them beginning to really have fun together and to grow closer. Not to nitpick or anything, but I actually think that the distinction is pretty important within the film itself, since it not only sees the two Goofs growing closer, it sees Max starting to take a greater interest in his father and the things his father is interested in, which is some notable character growth in my opinion. I'd also say that this is what leads to the scene with Pete at the hot tub being as serious as it is.

I agree, I liked it when I first saw it, made me realize that sometimes we become egotistical in relationships, specially in parent-child relationships, and we want the other to do all what we love and forget what they love.
And then this can devolve in strict parents or helicopter parents (the strict parent it's the parent forgetting what's good for the child, while they do everything to please that parent; helicopter parent it's the one who complitely devotes on the child and forgets their personal life, some of them become codependent depending on being depended on, meanwhile the child become egotistical and demands special cares).
Made me realize that I had to make an effort to know my parents personally other than "they are so nice for me", what about if I become interested in their hobbies.
Then I became a thriller/mystery fan because of my mom every since. And I discovered a new, adult way to religion because if my father (we have always been religious, but from the first years I had the view of a child of religion, the my father made me understand a lot of difficult concepts and now I'm more religious).
I still want to have better relationships with my parents because sometimes I accept that we millennials tend to get entitled, then I force my own parents to become "helicopters" because I subconsciously except them to do them everything emotionally (this is the part that really counts in the end), not who does the laundry, I'd you give money to the household or even if you leave the house.
If you are too emotionally dependant on someone, you start to drain them until they get very tired (because emotional things have a big impact and they tire you in other ways that physically).
15:51 Get yourself a girl who looks at you like Roxanne looks at Max. Probably her most adorable moment in the movie.

In regards to the possum suit, people dress like other people all the time. (mascots) Ronald McDonald, the Colonel from Kentucky Fried Chicken, Wendy from Wendy's. Hell, something more relatable, the Disney princesses at Disney Land. My point is, that the novelty still exists. And besides, that's kind of the joke of the whole scene.
I can only assume that, in this world, the dogs are the humans and other animals are just that. Much in the same way humans are animals with other animals as pets. It would be as if dogs evolved to be the speaking animal rather than humans.

I was worried when I saw this, thinking you'd be harsh and lash out at the movie, I'm so happy to see that its become a Disney classic ( I had no clue), because I personally love it so much.. I even teared up during the "Hi dad" scene in the review
I am absolutely late but in case you haven’t seen it, Sideways has a video about the Goofy Movie and how, as a musical, it is structurally better than 99% percent of the Disney Renaissance films.
You know whats interesting? This movie has no bad guys at all. I mean sure, Pete was an asshole, but he was not a real villain. Its just a story about a father and a son trying to spend time together. No bad guy to stop, no damsel in distress to save.
It's just a different kind of conflict.
Usually movies are "Person vs. Person": Protagonist vs Antagonist.
I'd say this movie would be considered "Person vs. Self": Max versus his own decisions, among other things.
Still pretty awesome, though. I totally agree :)
i remember watching this on vhs over and over and over again as a kid. It still brings back warm fuzzies, and now it feels even more relatable now that Ive been through high school.

You cant force a meme.
Disney sure loved the 'Daddy issues' plot didn't they? A Little Mermaid, A Goofy Movie, Aladdin and the King of Thieves, Lion King 2, An Extremely Goofy Movie, Bambi 2, Chicken Little...
This was probably the best one, one reason being it has more substance than a kids' escapism 'Overprotective parent learns to 'get' their kid' formula and another being that given it's Goofy, it was impossible for the Dad to be an unsympathetic hardass (though that tension hitting point was a real emotional moment from Goofy, and people say the Disney cast are one note).
also in this one neither kid nor parent is one sided "im going to stay this way you cant change me" rebel they are (Ariel being the whiny princess who learns nothing, Buck Cluck being embarrassed by his son and not sticking up for him, Bambi's dad being prim and proper, etc. Goofy and Max learn compromise. Max learns his dad only wants whats best for him and just wants to be involved, and Goofy learns his son is growing up and needs to have his own life. Max doesnt fully give up being his teenage, awkward self, and Goofy doesnt fully give up being...well, Goofy.
They didn't have a choice, what with all the dead mothers.
@@ruyekahatori3073 I recently turned 26 last month, so this movie is just a few months older than me, but yeah, I do like how this movie and its sequel, though less enjoyable than the first with the contrived X-games blatant ESPN advertisement and the Aesop’s Amnesia for Goofy and Max, never tries to portray either of them as being completely right or wrong in either movie. Goofy definitely needs to be less smothering as a parent, and allow Max more independence. However, Max definitely needs to learn to be more accepting and appreciative of his goofy, but well-meaning dad, rather than pushing him too far away for fear of being judged negatively by his friends and peers.
Finding Nemo is another movie that dealt effectively in a gray area in regards to Marlin’s overprotectiveness of Nemo and Nemo’s rebellion for independence. Nemo was right that his dad was suffocatingly overprotective, but he was also wrong to angrily tell his dad he hated him and deliberately touch “the butt” to try to get a rise out of his dad and prove that he could get away with doing something dangerous and risky. The movie ends with Marlin being willing to allow Nemo more independence after overcoming his own fears by swimming across the ocean to find his son when he’s stolen by the diver. Nemo realizes that, while his dad was being overprotective, Marlin still had his son’s safety in mind, so he shouldn’t have touched the boat after he was deliberately told not to do so to try to prove a point to him by doing something risky, and he didn’t really hate his dad.
While I wouldn’t say that they are unsympathetically portrayed as parents without good intentions in regards to their kids either, King Triton, Ariel and Eric, and Daniela and Lorenzo are still portrayed as being completely in the wrong in their misguided parenting methods, too. These Disney/Pixar parents were the ones who had to make all the sacrifices for their kids, even if, realistically speaking, they had completely valid reasons to be concerned about their children’s safety and well-being whenever they rebelled against their rules, or pushed them away, though.

Roxanne always struck me as that painfully shy girl who was ignored throughout elementary and middle school but got really hot in high school and started getting a lot of unwanted attention.
Yeah. She doesn’t act like the typical cute popular girl thats a jerk. She also seems pretty insecure so maybe she had a glow up. I hope she didn’t become an asshole and dumped Max, because its weird how she wasn’t in the 2nd movie

Alright, I'm just gonna say it... This movie was my generation's Inside Out. It was a funny, silly, bright and colorful, well executed Disney movie that took a serious heartfelt look at the dynamics of child-parent relationships. Plus, it has (in my opinion) timeless songs, including the VASTLY underrated "Nobody Else But You", and it perfectly represents 90s nostalgia, including the one and only role Pauly Shore was born to play.
I mean I guess, but I'd rather watch this movie than Inside Out which has a lot more emotional moments where its hard not to cry.

Two Things;
1. A Movie would be A Seinfeld Movie
2. Max has too much Wet Dreams
Seinfeld is about as funny as a horror movie
Considering the amount of "there's porn of it, don't google it" jokes in several videos, he either asks for it, or he looks at it himself.
He could also just try researching main characters. Finding porn of something is very easy to do whether you're looking for it or not. I accidentally did twice while doing projects for school, and this was a while ago. Didn't get caught, just had it happen. Mind you this was also years ago and the internet didn't have nearly as much porn.
I think he did mention in the on screen warning that he did make the mistake.
Redflametrow It can even be worse than accidentally finding porn of something. I recall back in highschool when we were doing research on diseases, someone was given the topic of syphilis (I had to look up leprosy). They Google Image searched it... based on their screams of "OH MY FUCKING GOD," I imagine what they found was far worse than what they were expecting.
That was over ten years ago. I'm kinda shocked at how well I remember that.
Nestama Actually wouldn't be worse for me. I've seen bad stuff and not been shaken. Just both times I was worried someone else would ask what I was looking at. Just it was in a computer lab which had my entire class working on computers. The one time I was working with a partner and had 4 girls working in a group next to me. So I was worried I'd be socially ruined as well as expelled if caught. That's way more scary than watching an autopsy to me.
Redflametrow -- Very true. Some people that insist that "you have to look for it to find it" don't really know how ubiquitous the perversion of cartoon characters can be, to the point that just searching their name with no suggestive words or phrases will lend itself to porn before the first wheel scroll. Just type in "Judy Hopps," come back, and be amazed at how well you can describe her asshole.
"You can have my butt in Jean form!"

That Goofy "creeper" scene made me chuckle like a psycho when I'm not around people. Because it shows on how Goofy represents the pleasure, regret, and embarrassment when he walked in that room in the most Goofy way possible.
The VA for Goofy, Bill Farmer, actually said during a Q&A once that this was his favorite Goofy project he's ever worked on. There was even a moment when Bill watched the movie in theaters with his son, who was about 5 at the time, and he tearfully told Bill, "Daddy, when I saw Goofy was falling off the cliff, I thought it was YOU." 8c
That's so adorable.
I think part of the reason the Goofy drama is so poignant is because...well, it's Goofy! We've grown up with this guy, and we've seen him happy, confused, even angry. But sad? A sad Goofy can make your heart hurt!
My dad played poker once with Pauly shore and that whole "I was a thing" joke was surprisingly accurate. According to my dad, the guy kept talking about his glory days and repetitively volunteered to recite lines he had said in movies. 😂
Melanie Downum It's a huge source of depression for him.
Melanie Downum yeah I heard over a podcast it's rly sad I feel bad for the guy so the joke just feels like a jab to his heart
I don't whether to cringe or feel bad for the guy.
