They found me on the dark web but for them to help me I had to buy something else. I don't think they helped much. They told me things i could do like freeze equinox and such Then one time after scan they inform me that certain drivers need to be updated and for more dollars they would help. Then more money to clean things up that could slow down my pc.. Anything they find your going to pay extra.
I have to say Nortons is or might be the best. I feel safe with Nortons. I once got a text letting me know someone was looking into my credit or I was opening an account. It was me. I had to press yes it was me for it to go through. 👍
I would have liked if nortons had told upfront everything they have and why and how much with all that included from the beginning. I think the Nortons 360 lifelock Ultimate you get all that for $299.88 before tax. I felt like I was being held hostage. 😮

why do you blame Norton? Hackers got user data else where, and used that login info to hack Norton accounts
