It's a feature specific to Warzone. Every piece of gear works the same in multiplayer as in Warzone but you get some unique notifications in Warzone which provides a lot more awareness. Sometimes it just appears as 'xp' and sometimes it says 'enemy distract'
This may just be a me thing, but the terror of what looks like a super fast and bright scope glint a decoy nade emits occasionally usually startles me.

A suggested honourable mention for your list is the spotting scope. In thermal mode, I find it quite useful in the larger maps for finding nearby players. Although it uses up the tactical slot in your loadout, it does not require a recharge. It has unlimited use. You can see people running ghost and cold-blooded; the only limitation being you cannot mark them. Caveat: I'm not sure whether these are available as ground loot in Warzone. I usually bring one with me in DMZ and it's part of my loadout for Invasion & Ground War. Would love to hear your POV on the utility of the spotting scope as a counter to campers. Hey thanks Dale, glad your enjoying the content. Yes the spotter scope is actually pretty good, the only reason I never included it in the top 10 is because it’s not available in ground loot. Of course now that the Bomb Drone is back, it would probably be in the top 3 of this list as well.
Very helpful vid! Some of those tips are just useful intelligent play and transfer well to WZIII, but it would be nice to have an update with the new gadgets. Specially since Al Mazra is not playable anymore. New sub!

Im not playing Warzone only DMZ with friends, and we died many times by Buy Station Campers or Exfil place campers. Next time i will use recon drone 😼 Thank You Favstar 🤗
It works on everything except rocks. It even works on vehicles, which is really handy when driving around. You can run into a building for a safecracker then scan outside for enemies before leaving.
I sniped a kid in DMZ using a buy station. There was no way he could have known someone was watching him from 338 meters away. I didn't even go loot his body. Lol
@@FavstaRGaming I think I can get kills from further away, but I can't figure out what my setting should be. The whole time I was tracking that kid from so far off, the character model was motionless; there was no running animation. His character model was just standing straight up and "sliding" in a standing position. So I don't know what I need to change in my settings to make it so character models are animated when I'm doing long-distance sniping.

Since they already use the SBMM program, can they recognize and match all the run & gunners together... and all the campers together? I am currently trying to find run & gun lobbies, and I can only play in about 10% of the games I am thrown into.
My strategy is to run up to the buy station at full speed. Quickly enter the UI. Scroll like a madman furiously purchasing my desires. Then getting shot in the back, going to the gulag and then immediately dropping back on the camping rats spot and peeling back his melon with a pistol. Pieces of shit got to learn.
Sadly smokes are not that viable as a masking tool as they are in something like CSGO. Enemies still get hitmarkers, and since most use RPK they have more than enough bullets to scan through it, and pretty much once you're hit you're dead. Plus they don't disable aim assist for some reason, thank you IW
Yea also you can spam ping through them to find the enemy not to mention the orange thermal sight is kinda META right now. With that one if you have cold-blooded you shouldn't be visible in smoke but you are which makes no sense as that one can't see through smoke anyways.
I mean, if The Perfect Sentinel deleted me off a buy station I wouldnt even be mad. Its in his gatdamn name and being, he's shameless and proud and i'm all for it.
The Devs should make it that if someone doesn't move 50 meters away from location within 60 seconds then then show on uav until they move 100 meters away Maybe disable this for last 2 circles to make end game fair but it will reduce campers easily in a quick fix
Yup I've been thinking about that type of game mechanic for years now. Could be implemented in multiplayer as well, but with a reduced movement range required. Gun fights are a lot more fun and challenging when the 2 enemies at least are aware of one another. No one learns any new skills or improves by shooting someone in the back.
It's tough, the problem with BR's is getting shot in the back by someone you never saw and boom game over. Hopefully these 10 tips will help prevent that and you can get some enjoyment out of the game!

They actually do, maybe not for the entire duration, but for the first few seconds they'll definitely go check it out and that distraction is all you need. Plus you get the awareness benefit from the decoy... it's actually a really useful anti-camper tool.

Yup the smokes are really good at the buy stations, combining them with one of the other strats makes em even better!

Which surfaces can the tactical camera not be placed on? Most of the time, the camera breaks as soon as I deploy it.

338 meters yikes that's an insane snipe, I guess the only counter to that would be the smoke grenade

I got stuck in a buy station few weeks back. I downed 3 before they found me.
Since they already use the SBMM program, can they recognize and match all the run & gunners together... and all the campers together? I am currently trying to find run & gun lobbies, and I can only play in about 10% of the games I am thrown into.
Playstyle-based-matchmaking would be easy to implement as well. They could just prioritize score per minute in their algorithm.

All the loadout box campers now won't be shooting the dummy they will wait til the enemy runs out cuz they know they will run out sooner or later 😂😂😂😂
