I guessed all 4 correctly! The aluminum has a really metallic sound. Ceramic sounds like it, but without the metallic sound. ABS is higher pitched, and the PBT is lower pitched. But I am an audio engineer, so I listen for these things a lot. I'm always listening for weird hums and interesting ambient sounds.
I guessed all of them correctly. The deeper pitch of ceramic was a dead giveaway to me in comparison to PBT. ABS has a distinct sound to my ear that immediately told me what it was
I saw the moonlanding keycap set and was going to put them on my zoom75. But, I saw the gravastar keyboard and oh my. I think the darkside of the moon will look absolutely amazing on that board, so I wasted a lot of money..... I think it'll be worth it though.
It sounds really unique. To me it sounds like a "sluggish" sorta thock. Like the keycaps sound is in slo-mo if that makes sense. Anyway also congrats on 100k! Honestly would love to see some sort of comparison between normal layout and alice layout. Maybe from a speed and accuracy perspective
Spent a lot of time with different caps lately so I got them right but not sure I would want the cold to the touch. Striker set is definitely one of my favorites and the artisan I have is metal, gives a great THUNK when I hit it but not sure I would want that sound on everything.... definitely and interesting video though because it helps present things I'm not exposed to. Congrats on 100K well deserved!!!
dense material doenst mean it's 'thockier.' An anvil is dense as hell but will ring your ears off. Metals are more resonant thats why you can make things like tuning forks
It sounds pretty distinct and easy to get at least for me, guessed all 4 correctly. I have the Cycle 7 and have been using 3 ABS sets on this board with Hyacinth V2U so i was also guessing it was the Cycle 7, but still surprised by the fact that it IS lol. ABS is very clacky and high-pitched, Metal is the most easy by the "metally" spacebar, Ceramic has a very low pitch compared to PBT, so that's only PBT left
I wants metal for the absurd durability to messing with it by gross fingers etc since the board I want is designed to be very durable with warranty for PCB in case I really fuk it up in a few years lol Dygma Defy with thock letter keys oh yeah but the issue is how do I decorate metal well XD
I can't wait to get these! But Kickstarter??? NEVER again! I've lost so much money investing in products and companies that just folded up with not a single warning or apology to backers.
Can't wait for my sweaty fingers to rust my keycaps.

ure cracked!
What does an audio engineer do?
@@daddymaul9761I am not by any means a professional audio engineer, but I do production, mixing, and mastering.
Dude! Congrats on the 100k! That's awesome!
❤️

*That lapse at **0:49** was awesome!* ❤
Full Metal Build is getting trendy in 2024.

Wish the base kit included 7u support, not cost extra

thats insane
I´m surprised that the metal keycaps sound so thocky. i would have imagined that they would have sounded clackier.
Woah I got all 4 right! Went by pitch and it worked

They are kinda pingy i feel like, ir like not on the sugar65

btw you should def giveaway a keyboard for 100k
😉
Nice vid mate
The spacebar really lets it down imo
awww
i love the spacebar
ABS, Metal, PBT, Ceramic? That's my guess at least.
Damn. I was wrong lol. I should have listened twice before guessing.
pbt, metal, ceramic, abs..? was I right
nah I suck :)
You got metal and ceramic right@@jiyumasudk
Just wait until chinese starter boards come with this metal keycaps.
How much did you get paid to do a sponsorship video for a scam company Prism+ ?
Wow.... I got it. Haha
Wa not office safe
guess game too easy.
send help I've wasted too much time on keyboards why do i know what each sounds like
Somehow I got all but pbt and ceramic swapped. On phone speakers though
Use dynamat or killmat in the spacebar to get rid of the metal tick
hello
A
oh hey I'm first again
late to the party
Thanks I hate it
IM SECOND
Metals clack and thick at the same time. They clack at a high frequency. Those who can hear it will find it annoying.
interesting one
