Magnífico hotel, muy cómodo, muy confortable, el personal que labora en él son muy profesionales, un trato magnífico, desde que estás haciendo tu entrada te reciben con un eficiente trato, el personal que labora en la recepción al igual que el mayordomo Omar son muy preocupados por su trabajo. En el bar y restaurantes los cuales visité con frecuencia, siempre recibí la mejor de las atenciones, en el buffet siempre que acudía me encontraba con Eduard, siempre atento a cualquier dificultad que pudiera existir, en el bufet siempre que acudía o casi siempre me atendieron los dependientes Yaina y Sabater, personas muy complacientes y capaces; no puedo concluir sin dejar de mencionar al personal que labora en el restaurante Caribe, súper maravillosa su atención. A todos los que laboran en este hotel, desde las muchachas que atendían la habitación hasta el que te facilitaba las tumbonas en la playa, sin excepción de nadie, les envío mis felicitaciones por el magnífico trabajo que realizan y me voy con la mejor de las opiniones y espero volver a vernos.
