Good job! I live at Yamacraw. Glad to see you enjoying the river and respecting it. I e made this same trip a few times and highly recommend it. I almost drowned at Angel Falls once...portaged the gear but rode the canoe thru the high water at the Falls. Very nearly died.
@realtree576 glad to hear. I was just doing some research into station camp to blue herron and stumbled across your video. You had a rough couple days dude. With a good attitude about it !
awesome video, great story telling, and made memories you'll never forget. at least you were able to get your kayak back, or it would have been a really expensive trip
@@realtree576 i have a Jackson Tripper, it is very comfortable but i don't know about 3 days. i've done a 25 mile over nighter this year. ( my first) i plan to do alot more. no more that 2 nights though.
Scary stuff! You are now a wiser and more experienced river tripper.
Good job!

Caleb, this was a wonderful adventure and I am so pleased that you included the learning curve in your video. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing. Going to follow in your footsteps in the spring. Thank you
Great video! Lost a GoPro at the put-in on the Obed, not a way to start a trip. 😂
dude crazy day on the water, hate you lost your boat. good video !
Luckily was able to go back after water level dropped and retrieve the boat.

Great video - thanks for sharing. How did you arrange transportation / pick up in KT? Did you have a car waiting or did you arrange a pick up window?
i can not imagine paddling a WW kayak that far.
We were using crossover kayaks with a droppable skeg so that helped. And we took our time.
