Hi, the initiative of the video is very good, but I would strongly recommend you to use proper tools for the demonstration (and for your regular job) plus wearing safety gloves. A knife is not only a dangerous thing, but it also can damage the cable insulation or internal conductors. Regards!
@@EASYPLCTRAINING So for the first interface number (cpu) the first interface must be ON and number two OFF, interface number 3 OFF until the end, for example interface number 10 the new switch is ON ???
@@ALFINUR_TV if no. 10 is the last node and its termination switch is ON its means here the network will END. if we connect nodes after node no.10 CPU will not read these nodes. if we want to extend the network we have to switch OFF the termination Swtich.
for 1st node we have to turn ON the switch because every profibus connector have two cables connection in it . one coming in and one going out . we will turn ON the resistance on the 1st node to close the network coming into the Profibus port. In this way only network cable going out will work.
Hi very good all your vidéo I have a question how you can test the cable of profibus with normal multimeter ? if possible of course 😉
How to wire profibus connector to use as mpi for PLC s7-300
You are using a SIEMENS connector 6GK1500-0EA02.
And why not use the tool 6GK1901-1GA00 ?

Bored off with your gloves
Why every connector profibus any ON OFF. ?
Only first and last should be ON..... just to confirm the network termination

This movie is a tragedy. It's the 21st century and people peel cables with a wallpaper knife. Where did he study?
