Quick note. My main issue with the situation is how aggressive the security guard got. Him threatening to damage my car and fight me is definitely not part of their training. I didn't film the first half of the encounter since I didn't want any trouble. Only after he got aggressive and started to yell did I get the camera out of my trunk and start recording. Either way, life moves on!

If that is his profession he should have been a professional handling the situation instead of acting like something I won't say because it would get me banned. Yes he was just doing his job and it was private property but he crossed a line there, that's 0 professionalism. I've had security guards on me just telling me it was private property and parking or staying were not allowed, and they were direct but still very calm, polite and were not screaming and moving like ready to fight, without acting all rowdy like he wanted to fight and show testosterone off.
Maybe he just needs to get paid more or get fired and move on or just work on his anger management or something. Regardless it is private property and people should respect that. But he also shouldn’t have let it escalate to that point and said all of that threatening stuff to Gordon

The security guard seemed unprofessional however we only got some footage of the aftermath and it seems like some was cut out of what lead to the altercation. Either way, the security guard was in the right for kicking you out since it is private property and if he asked you once he shouldn't have to ask you to leave again.
But he could have asked nicely the way how he did it is going to have him fired regardless if it's private property or not you do not ever ever be disrespectful to anyone like that and threatened to fight someone and pee on their car. That guy if Gordon decides to take action will not only lose his job I'm pretty sure if Gordon wants to take more action that guy would not have that much of a case besides the fact that it is private property however his actions will ultimately make him lose.

Not only that but the sound from his car could be causing a rucuss for the actual people who are there and could be causing an annoyance for the actual residents.

Irregardless of whether it was private/public property, anybody who is representing hit/her employer should not be acting in that manner. Middle finger and cursing aside, is it ok for any employee to be bluting out racially sensitive words, even if it isn't aligned to your ethnicity?
