This was December 20, 2006, which puts us right in the midst of the AMC Bermuda Triangle: Brian Frons + Megan McTavish (HW 3.5 years at this point), & Julie Hanan Carruthers (EP 3 years at this point). The nightmare had only just begun… Terri Ivens (Simone) and Connie Fletcher (Erin) deserved much better, and so did Julia Barr (Brooke), whose last airdate was also this very day! I see so many people in these scenes who were about to be screwed over tenfold… Cady McClain (Dixie), Kelli Giddish (Di), Aiden Turner (Aidan), Sydney Penny (Julia), and the list goes on and on and on. 2003-2004 were the last solid years of AMC. Circa 2005 to mid-2006 was shaky and perplexing but there was still hope the tide could change. But mid-2006 and onward, a completely unrecognizable Pine Valley.
