If so, can someone compare the fingerprints from investor's visa files with that of her Philippine passport?

Kung sakali pong mapatunayan na FAKE ang mga presented credentials ni Guo regarding her citizenship as Filipino, apart from DEPORTATION meron din po bang criminal liability (in other words PAGKAKAKULONG) si Guo?
Also, does said liability (be it administrative or criminal) may also be meted to all those people involved in this fiasco?

If he really arrived 35 years ago, he must have a residence visa? Business permit issued 35 years ago?
Mr. Guo was given an Investor's visa together with the spouse and dependent children, according to Sen. Win and the records of Board of Investments and Immigration department .

Question attorney. What if napadeport nga si Guo. Naipadala na sa China. Paano mga criminal charges nya sa Pilipinas kung deported na sya?
Dapat magkaron muna ng arraignment para kahit madeport or tumakas sya magtuloy tuloy ang kaso.

@@attybueno1860 tama po kayo na sana tama ang akusasyon ng gobyerno dahil sobrang nakakahiya pag nagkataon. pero kung ako naman si Guo at hindi talaga sya anak ng Chinese mother na inaakusa sakanya sya na mismo ang magboluntaryo na magpa DNA test para mapahiya si Hontiveros at Gatchalian. But I believe Chinese talaga sya kasi masyadong limitado ang mga sagot at aral na aral ng mga abugado yung pwede lang ilabas na information.
