hello sir , we have same issue cgst commissioner passed order on section 16(4) on base we have file gstr 3 b on 20 th november for financial year 2018-19 after due date . now we have to appel in commisionerate . i want to askbis there any chance of decision will take by gst council regarding section 16(4) as election is over so we dont have to go to appeal against asst commisioner order and what time take judgement in hon supreame court on govinda construction ?

at least can it used to get to stay for recovery, without filing appeal and directly going to high court for staying recovery?
