I have to admit this was so entertaining to watch. I was just laughing out loud at how bad Greg was, which is to natural, I am terrible at these games. But Colin just flat out floored me. He always talks about how mega man is muscle memory to him, and now I finally got to see it.
Colin's reactions are hilariously passionate and emotional. This is awesome, thanks guys. Excited for you all and looking forward to seeing all the new content from this channel.
Who was here the week this video launched?? I was :). I stopped watching new KF videos when Colin left, but time to time I come back to these old videos because they were so funny. Colin and Greg will always be the best duo in games
I really like Colin's playful harshness in this video when Greg screws up. Its definitely what made the video for me. I love this series. You guys are putting out so much content already its making my head spin.
This is brilliant; I really enjoyed watching Colin and Goldfarb play the Mega Man games on IGN a while ago. But watching Colin teach Greg was exactly like when i'm trying to teach my non-gaming family members how to play a game. Can't wait for this to continue.
I am going to do the same. I never had a NES as a kid so I never got to play the Megaman games. I am going to do the PC emulator/controller combo though.
Hey guys!! First of all, BEYOND!! I just wanted to say that i was a ign member since zelda Oot came out, was even a ign insider back then. I was born in 86 so i grew up watching you guys get better at what you do. For exemple I still remember Miller in his early days at ign being a Wrestling fan and claiming that his finisher was a fireman carry into a stunner... Anyway i just wanted to say that I admire you guys for trying to live the dream. I was there when you guys started, and i will continue to follow you guys wherever you take your talents. Greg, Colin, Nick and Tim... You guys are awesome. Keep the gaming community entertained. A long time fan, Alex
hearing colin talk about these older games like megaman, and castlevania makes me wanna go back and play them. also metroid. i had a nes but was too young to really know whats what. i just played mario
Does this mean Colin may finish his playthrough series he started on IGN so SO long ago? Would be awesome if so. Love hearing his passion for the blue bomber
And BTW the whole passing the controller bit... Gaming needs more of that in my opinion. Those were the days, some of my best gaming moments revolved around playing an old, hard game with friends and taking turns playing, whether it was a solo or 2 player game.
"This is already frustrating the hell out of me" Me whenever I try to teach my girlfriend to play any game. hahahahah I tried to make her play Dino Crisis 2... It was a nightmare. By the way... I'd love to see you guys play Dino Crisis 2.
"Press up and Start" is not equal just pressing Start, get it together Greg. Just played Shovel Knight first time a few days ago, and I see why Collin loves it so much. I love it, and i love Megaman 2. I'm raised on Megaman 2 and Super Mario Bros 1+3 - nothing else matters.
Colin is like a sports coach. You hate him and want him to die but you know he's only trying to make you better haha. I also really dig his shirt, makes me laugh.
It's fine that Colin pronounces Bubble Lead (like leader, leed) just as anyone else has the right to pronounce it Bubble Lead ("led" by the hand). However, I pronounce it as *lead (led)* for a few reasons that make more sense to me. When Mega Man dawns the robot masters special weapon power, he turns gray. Since the periodic table Pb, Lead is also of light grayish color, and the bubbles formed also match this color, I believe Mega is shooting heavy bubbles of liquid lead metal. If his outfit was another blue, such as a light blue color, I'd be more likely to believe he's shooting bubbles of water and that they would float forward as they likely would be light as air. Water is most electronics and machines weaknesses, so shouldn't it hurt more robot masters even a little bit? Since the majority of robot masters are immune to this aside from about 3 of them, it's reasonable to assume that robot masters being made of metal themselves wouldn't be hurt by liquid lead or if they are, it would do very minimal damage. It's like the thought of two swords clashing with one another for instance, a stalemate. Since Bubble Man is an aquatic robot, if he wasn't programmed for evil under Dr. Wily, he could have helped repair damaged underwater structures, pipes, bridge supports, and so on using Lead. It feels more logical and badass to say it as Lead (led) like the chemical element from the carbon group.
Colin, you started doing your MM playthroughs at IGN, and said you were going to try and get through the entire original series. I think you stopped after MM3, and we never saw another one again. Can you pick up at MM4, and finish the rest? I love seeing people play MM.
wildc4t Thats awesome to hear, i posted too about colins plets plays of the mega man games, i think he was doing them with Golfarb so awesome he will do them again
Thankyou for doing this. You guys are gonna be just fine. Really enjoying the vids already. Gonna have to drop some of my subs to make time for all this. ; )
Please do REVIEWS! The entire reason I looked up the letters IGN on youtube everyday was to see if Greg did a new review. Also for Uncharted 4 news and Podcast Beyond, but that pales in comparison to how excited I was when I saw someone did a new review.
I enjoyed this a lot more than I could have expected... I'm actually bummed I have to wait a week to see another one. Now let's just get this week's full GOG Show and KFG Show on Patreon/Soundcloud! By the way, I know you've said that you don't want to because you want Colin & Greg to be a daily kind of thing that doesn't matter if you miss it, which I understand, but the Twitch iOS app's inability to view archives really puts a damper on how much I can engage with the show. It's the kind of thing that I would love to listen to as I play a more mindless game, and for it to be on youtube would allow me to do that. Ideally it would hit iTunes/have an audio-only RSS feed, which seems easy to set up, but even just using Twitch's native RUclips export would suffice for me. Please, Greg, Colin, Tim, and Nick; as a Patron to both, this is what I want more than anything! Let me escape the ghetto that is Twitch!
I called it on the live stream Tuesday morning that learning to play Mega Man was going to be a disaster for Greg, to our great benefit and entertainment. I'm glad I was right. Nice try anyway, Greg. :)
I have to admit this was so entertaining to watch. I was just laughing out loud at how bad Greg was, which is to natural, I am terrible at these games. But Colin just flat out floored me. He always talks about how mega man is muscle memory to him, and now I finally got to see it.
If you search ign megaman on youtube, should be able to find his playthroughs of 1-4 i think. Bloody good watch man, give it a check
DJreject101 Thanks will definitely do!
Oh god, watching this content makes me sad. I wish things continued in this way. This channel was so unique and funny back then!
My exact feelings, man :( ...
Colin's Mega Man skills are second to none. Great idea for a show, love the set up.
Teaching Tuesdays could be one of the best series you guys have, I hope to see the series expand with a wide variety from retro games.
Greg why did you leave Colin out to dry?
The shot of the camera and lighting is perfect. Loving these high quality videos and great editing!
I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite series.
I really like Colin's playful harshness in this video when Greg screws up. Its definitely what made the video for me. I love this series. You guys are putting out so much content already its making my head spin.
This was fun to see. Look forward to more of these vids with the rest of the Kinda Funny Crew!
This is so entertaining! I can't wait for more episodes!
This is brilliant; I really enjoyed watching Colin and Goldfarb play the Mega Man games on IGN a while ago. But watching Colin teach Greg was exactly like when i'm trying to teach my non-gaming family members how to play a game. Can't wait for this to continue.
Can't wait to see Colin cruise through all these games in a marathon!
Even after all this time, games like Mega Man still play superb. Great to see u guys playing this classic. Oi! from good old England x
This is quite the change of pace from IGN but I like it, I'm curious to see how this channel evolves over time.
I love this bite size way of doing a lets play. Awesome guys, very entertaining.
This is amazing! If this is the type of content you guys will be providing, then I am sold!
I loved this haha. Keep the videos coming, some people say you can burn out your audience releasing a lot but I watch everything you put out.
I have mega man 2 on my wii U I'm gunna try and play along with this series :) play the level they play in each episode :)
That's a great idea!
Same here, I've been wanting to go back and play it and now seems like the perfect time
Awesome idea. I'm right here with ya.
I am going to do the same. I never had a NES as a kid so I never got to play the Megaman games. I am going to do the PC emulator/controller combo though.
That sounds like a good idea. I'll have to download it on my 3DS.
I'm hooked already, can't wait for more!!! Awesome work guys
Loved this. Kinda Funny Games is fantastic thus far!
Keep the content coming! Undoubtedly my favorite place for gaming content.

Alex
This game is awesome so glad you guys are playing it
This is awesome I looove this new series!! Keep the fun going :D
Just subscribed to this channel... Greg and Colin you guys rock and I wish you guys the best!!!
Colin stick with your thing and play the classics!
hearing colin talk about these older games like megaman, and castlevania makes me wanna go back and play them. also metroid. i had a nes but was too young to really know whats what. i just played mario
This was awesome. Looking forward to seeing you guys blow up from going on your own.
I used to love this game when I was a kid. Thanks for making the video.
this is exciting to me, i just love that this is all possible now that you guys have left IGN
Hmm multiplayer mondays.... teaching tuesdays... i see some alliteration going on :p
I hope we get wallaby wednesdays, playing some of the finest rocko's modern life games.
barcundia
I defy you... DEFY you to tell me a better show about a wallaby than Rocko's Modern Life!!!
Does this mean Colin may finish his playthrough series he started on IGN so SO long ago? Would be awesome if so. Love hearing his passion for the blue bomber
Greg - "Look at this f***** guy, close your mouth bro!". So FUNNY, made my day. Thanks guys!
Colin's sign off had me in stitches! love that dude.
This was hilarious! I'm now completely sold on the future, and perhaps on Mega Man too!
The casual setting of them just chilling on a sofa is actually quite a nice change to most lets players
The self employed life suits you guys well. Awesome job on the vid and can't wait for more!
I feel as if I can appreciate Colin a lot more, when I watch him actually play games. He seems happier and less serious.
And BTW the whole passing the controller bit... Gaming needs more of that in my opinion. Those were the days, some of my best gaming moments revolved around playing an old, hard game with friends and taking turns playing, whether it was a solo or 2 player game.
"This is already frustrating the hell out of me"
Me whenever I try to teach my girlfriend to play any game. hahahahah
I tried to make her play Dino Crisis 2... It was a nightmare.
By the way... I'd love to see you guys play Dino Crisis 2.
I have so much fond memories of this game. I always start with Metal Man
I remember Colin's Mega Man series with Goldfarb. It's great watching him play this game one more time with the Kinda Funny Games team.
I like this series. Good to see Colin teach us how it's done ^_^
I just wish this was longer. Can't wait for Colin to play through 1-6 and 1-10. It will be epic.
You guys are the best!! What a great game.
Love and Support!!! Good job you guys :P
The amount of alcohol on Colin and Greg's back and the backpack of the Jets, Shit just got real!
Mega Man has such a unique vibe. I always thought that even growing up playing them.
Colin's shirt says Back to back, World war winners.... Thats effing awesome!
Have had this game on my 3DS for a while but never beaten it. Now I'm gonna beat it with the guidance of Mr Moriarty himself! Cool series!
Colin is like a sports coach. You hate him and want him to die but you know he's only trying to make you better haha. I also really dig his shirt, makes me laugh.
More of this stuff and I might end up being a patreon member :p
Greg teach Colin how to play Metal Gear Solid

"And it's the easiest Megaman."
I could not contain my evil grin.
Colin, you started doing your MM playthroughs at IGN, and said you were going to try and get through the entire original series. I think you stopped after MM3, and we never saw another one again. Can you pick up at MM4, and finish the rest? I love seeing people play MM.
There's a milestone on their patreon where Colin will livestream MM 1-6 and 9-10. They hit the milestone yesterday. So, it's coming.
wildc4t Thats awesome to hear, i posted too about colins plets plays of the mega man games, i think he was doing them with Golfarb so awesome he will do them again
I used to play this one with my brothers as a child...oh the memories
Thankyou for doing this. You guys are gonna be just fine. Really enjoying the vids already. Gonna have to drop some of my subs to make time for all this. ; )
Colin, you really nailed that end-tag, bro! c:
This show Is Awesome!! I love what you guys are doing..Keep it up!!
This was a really good idea, I enjoyed this lol
LOL. Greg makes it look difficult and Colin makes it look so easy.
"Why do you like Mega Man so much?"
"Cuz it's awesome."
Well, can't beat that logic xD I agree it is awesome.
Colin's HILARIOUS hahaha, love it.
OMG I died when the frog showed up! Haha
"Everything is fucked up" haha, I love this.
"You did alright. And by alright, I mean you did terrible."
Please do REVIEWS! The entire reason I looked up the letters IGN on youtube everyday was to see if Greg did a new review. Also for Uncharted 4 news and Podcast Beyond, but that pales in comparison to how excited I was when I saw someone did a new review.
Colin i would say you'd like Binding Of Isaac Rebirth! you should play it on the channel!!!
Would be very interesting to see that. Would be cool for a twitch stream.
Megaman 5 is my favorite since it was the first megaman game I played, let Greg play the stages more than one time just to get used to the controls
Love you guys, best of luck.
The music in mega man is so good
3:55 i was facepalming and laughing really hard
This is the best channel ever!!!!!
Yes! I love this idea. Keep it up guys
Beautiful. This is the exact shit us old school gamers wanna see! Keep it up boys!
I enjoyed this a lot more than I could have expected... I'm actually bummed I have to wait a week to see another one. Now let's just get this week's full GOG Show and KFG Show on Patreon/Soundcloud!

3:54 I laughed so hard. This is hillarious.
Hoping for Way Back Wednesdays!
It's hilarious that Greg said "It's punishingly difficult". Because Mega-Man is, just not right at the beginning where he failed...
LOVE THIS!
I like Colin hosting his getting good!
You guys should do reviews (don't know if thats planned) I always liked Colin's reviews on IGN.
Damn, that was good. Like, really good.
Colin seems so at home with mega man.
When Colin said that theyve seen about 2 or 3 percent lol
Greg made me laugh so hard.
Have you guys eaten at Portillo's before? Amazing restaurant chain.
Why do you think his dog is called Portillo.
That's why I asked. Its a regional chain, so its not like I can assume he's eaten there before.
LX You must be new here.
PeedgeMcDuck Everyone's new here.
LX Let me rephrase: Greg Miller must be new to you.
Loved this vid
I called it on the live stream Tuesday morning that learning to play Mega Man was going to be a disaster for Greg, to our great benefit and entertainment.
I'm glad I was right. Nice try anyway, Greg. :)
MOREEEEEEEEEEE
Some good shit right here grade A quality keep it up
This show is shit these gameplays are fucking weak watch good youtubers like the machinima etc guys
Colin is the man
greg talks about mega men as if he never played a videogame.
unless you give greg/nick/tim more chances, it'll be them playing 2% of the level and then colin just doing it every episode.
an Issac lets play would also be entertaining.
Amazing! I got megaman 2 in first grade!
Man you look happy :)
