Lily, great video as always. A few points I noticed: 1) "Please be informed that the meeting is rescheduled" should be "Please be informed that the meeting has been rescheduled". 2) "Thanks in advance" is very common and polite usage. Your viewers should feel free to use it when speaking with English native speakers. 3) Starting an email with just "Greetings" makes me laugh. Not sure why, but maybe it's because it only ever appears nowadays in scam emails telling people their long lost African friend has left them $10 million and to send some money immediately to pay for the bank transfer fees. 4) In your video intros, although you usually smile, the tone of your "Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel" sounds like someone has a gun to your head and has forced you to say it. You should practice trying to say it in a more upbeat way if you can :) Anyway, keep up the good work!

I was wondering if there's anything that requires clarification Please let me know if you have any questions.
Lily
ex: Can you kindly take it for me?
Lily
Thanks so much... hope will have more like this.
Thanks so much.

“Thanks in advance.” is common used by native speakers?
@@harudog228 Yep.
You are the best, Lily!
Thank you in advance.
To Whom It May Concern
Thanks for sharing this helpful information!I didn't even notice that I made these mistakes😂
oh my god this is the best tutorial Ida never seen before ever, just can't believe it.
Dear all😂
To whom it may concern

could 或would是最安全的
I have no further questions"嗎
I think it's good 会自然一点?
Cool

Please let me know
Dear sir 😂
