You have the handles too high...meant to be parrarell to your wrists and arms only slightly bent to support you and prevent neck ache...very clever how to dismantle to go through a small gate. But not many who need assistance Could lift anything over their head‼️‼️‼️. Ask google the correct height for you or even utube...love from Wales
