Yes, he is talking about Eddie Arnold. There's another video where Gard Jameson talks about how he introduced the book to Eva Gabor, who then introduced it to Eddie Arnold.

@@stuckinheaven2009 Respectfully, you've got yourself all mixed up. In this video, Michael is talking about Eddy Arnold - Country Musician (you should confirm). Eva Gabor was on the television show Green Acres with actor Eddie Albert which is what Gard was talking about.

I double checked and the story is about Eddie Albert he said Eddy Arnold by mistake and then I accidentally also used the wrong name in the title which I will fix soon
