Exactly in a building we may have 100+ items. We have to do rate analysis in the same way. But in video i can't include all the items, i am only giving idea of doing rate analysis of any particular work.

U can refer PWD schedule of rates of your state or CPWD or if u r a student then it would be given to you in the numerical

Rate is not given in problem. How to take Rate for material and Laboure.
In exam it would be given if u r a student and if u r working then u have to follow CPWD or ur states PWD schedule of rates for that

Yeah ...due to all these factors we take dry volume more as compared to Wet Volume
It's good that you worked really hard but sir, want to suggest you that whoever's is watching this video must be a technical person or this thing after being taught will be implemented by engineers and they are efficient in arithmetic I guess, so video must b abbreviated to save the times.... just try tomak the videos short and gisted....
I understand your point Udayan Ji, Technical persons get the concept easily but think about the student who coming here to understand the whole concept. And if I try keep my videos short then I have to clear many doubt’s through comments. So just to avoid all those things, videos are little long .

Its a factor which range from 1.51 to 1.55
I was wondering the same. it's should be wet volume not dried volume. u just check it once
When we have to do calculations we always need to find Dry Volume ..as we are calculating the volume in order to know how much material we required and material which we have to purchase, its available in dry state that's why we are using a factor of 1.54 because Dry volume gets reduced when we add water as and some material is wasted in mixing and transferring.
