The case doesn't make any sense when opposition leaders are being caught red handed for the crime they were accused of.
Had there been baseless allegations by CBI/EE or any other investigation agency be it, CVC, Lokpal etc it would've made sense however the allegations are based on facts and backed by data.
Now is it ethically wrong to go ONLY after the opposition? That's debatable but is it legally wrong ? Not at all.
Caught red handed? Please enlighten us how many actual convictions there have been. Stop frolicking propaganda so openly on social media. We are lawyers, not idiots.
Your comment reeks of blind love for BJP. Less than 5% of the people booked by ED are eventually convicted.
Opposition leaders are arrested on flimsy cases without any evidence and kept in jail for months without bail.
