Yes. The same dialog options will play in Quiplash if no one answers.
Quiplash 3 has different dialog options compared to the first & second ones. Here's one of my favorites from Quiplash 3:
"Huh, nobody answered. Bold move. Here's another." (Similar to "Hey, here's some minimalism for you.")
