    In this video I’m stepping you through how to cook mushrooms as an antipasto using parchment paper and baking it in the oven. This mushroom recipe is from Southern Italy and is so easy to make. It can be served as an antipasto or as a side dish. The flavors are intense so a little goes a long way.
    I’ll show you how you can serve these as individual parchment packages or pouches for each guest, or how to bake them all in one single parchment pouch. It’s a fun and easy dish and only takes 8 minutes to bake in the oven!
    Plus this mushroom antipasto can be served warm or cold!
