Depends on whether or not you want to learn a skill. ActionSeps simple fast tracks all of your separations. It's not a cure all for lack of experience, or knowledge when it comes to screen printing simulated process. It's about transforming YOU, and getting you to learn how to manually separate art to get the results you're after on press. If you're just looking to buy something that's magic and is going to make you a screen print pro, it's not for you. If you're willing to put in the time to go through the tutorials, start printing simulated process, and dial it in, then it's for YOU. That's my God honest answer.

But I have full refillable cartridges will this work or is there a way to force the 1430 into the initial prime session? Can you also explain the difference between priming the print head and running a cleaning cycle? Thanks so much love your channel!
Thank you! If it's a CISS setup. You'll see a plastic / rubber plug. You have to pull those and use the syringe to press into the plug hole and pull ink into the cartridge until you start pulling ink into the syringe. Once you get to that point, you're good. Cleaning cycle will force ink out of the print head into either your waste pads or waste tank. A cleaning cycle will eventually get the cartridges primed, but at the expense of wasting ink. I hope this helps.

Yes, however. With CMYK. Each print comes out a different shade of either cyan, magenta, yellow, or black. With simulated process it's consistent from print 1 to print 1 million.

It was right around there. 20º. I just make sure it's using the edge of the squeegee, unless I need to push more ink through to balance the look of the print, but for the most part we have it set to 20º and don't fuss with it.
CMYK used translucent inks and isn't as consistent as simulated process. Even on an automatic press, with CMYK each shirt can come out slightly different shades. With spot process, they're all the same from print 1-(whatever the order size is).

Got a question for the community. We use accurip black pearl and Epson 1430. The 1430 is on it last legs with making a grinding noise at start up. I’m trying to find a economic solution to printing films. Everything I try with accurip looks like it’s going to cost over $1000 with either trying to buy a supported printer or upgrading to emerald with a annual plan and a new printer.
Any printer you can set to print black only will work with some testing. Just have to make sure the films are dense enough. As far as the issues, I personally would either have it serviced. Not a lot of support for the newer printers and Epson has locked out, or made it near impossible to convert over to all black or the use of aftermarket CISS systems.
How are you legally allowed to use someone’s likeness? I’ve seen people make shirts with celebrities faces and graphics from movies/ shows. Isn’t there a copyright clause on that?
Certainly. My thoughts on logo design is to keep it simple. The more you can convey with a simple pictogram style logo, the better. Check out some of my logo designs here. mikeydesigns.com/portfolio-items/
