I loved watching this vlog, you did a great job of recapping it. I gave this book 5 stars, of course I knew I was going to love it. My only issue was I started to lose interest with the battle at the end but that’s a personal thing for me. On the one hand I’m glad nobody died from the main group but on the other hand I don’t think the stakes were as high like I was expecting someone like Baxian or Declan to die. Sarah said in an interview that she’s writing the next Acotar book now which I think it’s going to be Elain’s book. Then she said she’ll be writing the first book in a new series but some old characters might pop sop maybe that’s going to be another crossover. Crescent City will have another book which I think will follow Tharion/Ithan but she said that won’t be for a while so I don’t think we’ll get that until at least 3 years with her publishing schedule but we will see. I’ve noticed some people have been very disappointed with this book and that is clearly because they came up with too many fan theories. I loved it 💖
Yeah, I really try not to theorize too hard.. of course I do a bit.. but I don't want to be disappointed so I try to not go overboard.
I finished the audiobook yesterday; the ending of all her crescent city books are so good!
I want to read this series sometime in the future so I muted the video and let it play so you can get the view. 🤣 But your excitement is infectious and if I weren't already overwhelmed with my TBR for the year I'd probably jump in.

Well that was a better expierience than reading it. That's just waaaaay to much info and characters I never really connected with to spend hours reading it. I was mainly wanting to know how it all connected with acotar and tog and now I do so I'm happy lol 💫 ✨️✨️

I LOVED the story, epic and amazing as usual.
I was a little disappointed in the Hunt/Bryce romance during this book, I didn’t like the way Bryce treated Hunt. It took away from the swoon worthy love that SJM makes my heart ache over. One of my favourite scenes from a previous book is where Bryce finds Hunt in the shower and take care of him so beautifully and I felt like that energy was missing in this book for me. Saying that, I still loved it 😊
Also their reunion scene was a letdown for me 😩 I wanted an Rhys/Feyre Aelin/Rowan kind of reunion scene hahaha
Spoiler + Theory: The Asteri in Prithian says she's the evening star, when Bryce says there's already an evening star. So are there more Asteri out there? In other worlds or hidden in other form.
I was convinced Amren was an Asteri.

I’m ready I finished reading it. It was epic. The only theory I had was that Nesta would train Bryce on how to use her powers, but I was wrong. But I think Nesta will have another book because Bryce gave everything back to Nesta, and based on that last line, she said to her in the book. Lydia has it from the descendants of Aelin and Dorian’s ancestor Brannon. Also when Linda gave the ring to her son, that’s Rowan‘s ring from TOG ⭐⭐⭐⭐
