I couldn't do anything in the standard version and sent them back believning I was cursed as there are no size 13.5 (or 48) available (And I could play volleyball but not run for more than a minute or two with a size 14 thanks to heel slippage ). And today I fanally got my EP size 13 version and it's a perfect fit (thanks aso to the fabric of the upper part of the shoe). So thank you for the review and being this thorough.
KD14 fits GREAT on my foot, usually shoes hurt my foot a little bit (like the Kyrie 7), I don't know if I have wide feet or not... prob have, if KD14 fits good would you recommend this one as well?

The first time I used it I tighten the laces a bit then loosen it when I felt the numbness both my feet. Up until now when i'm using the shoe it still causes numbness even on fairly loose laces. Not sure any one shoe is best for neurological conditions of the foot- I’d get worked up to see the root cause and work backwards from there
