Looks like a deer I called gladiator. Ended up shoulder hit hitting him. Biggest buck of my life. Neighbor found him this past December 4 years after I hit him and he gave him to me. Bittersweet ending to the story

It's always a little bittersweet closing the chapter on these big deer, but glad the neighbor was able to find him and give him to you!

Was this deer aged? Has a lot of grey in the face and hooves.
Do you think these bucks are getting wounded by other hunters? Or is it EHD CWD or some other natural cause?
