I leveled my hardcore druid as lightning storm and really enjoyed it! Even with 0 powers it still hits pretty nicely. I think I got the overcharged legendary as a random drop in my early 30s and was smooth leveling until... well... death happened. Would recommend for sure.
Holy shit I didnt know about channeling 2-3 seconds and then just tap when doing singletarget. I do love the skill for AOE clearing its massive but many times against bosses it hits like 1 time out of 6 strikes but that 1-2 second channel and then spam it is actually pretty good advice ty!
I've got to test almost all the Druid builds, outside of pulverize, storm werewolf was one of the most satisfying single target with the Earthen Might passive. Took me awhile to find the aspect again but was fun. Tornado wolf was good too but for some reason I was lacking DPS. Crone no core skills was decent but squishy and I couldn't get past sigil 45. Crone Bulwark was tanky but I think I was missing something important as I felt clunky. I appreciate all your tips! Now I won't have to spend so much gold respec'ing 5x builds across 2 days. lol
Thank you very much. I just started to play Druid and this video is what I need since I have tried a lot of different skills and builds but nothing works at the moment.
Thanks for this. Are you planing on a folow up to this, Like a +Lv50 guide ? Or do you recommend one of you others build ? Trying to get back into Druid as got a bit bored of Landslide & Pulverize. Thanks kindly.
Very smart to wait until you have enough points to get all 3 on Blood Howl or Cataclysm before taking them, and where to put them in and remove them. Since I leveled with a weird Trample landslide Nature's Fury "build', I would be apt to try this during seasons
Also although this build is workable with just that one aspect i find that it's worth it if you can get them to use the conduit and lightning dancer's aspects, feels like lucky hits can proc more lucky hits although not 100% sure but at times it's pretty crazy the ammount of procs at the same time. Got the pulverize stuff and still playing this build atm since it's still fun.
Hey Baldus, awesome Druid content as always! Just wanted to bounce this off you - now that it's easy to grab the Shockwave with the season reward at around level 25. Would you recommend to switch over to Pulverize-Shockwave at then? Especially if I'm ultimately going to build into pulverize for 50+ until endgame? Or do you still find this build more stress-free all the way through 50?
This is awesome for anyone leveling a Druid! Great job! Also, can we see a version of the lightning cast build without the storm helm for those who have yet to obtain that 1 piece?
Found this to be really good. I have respeced my druid so many times, trying to settle but most seem to be reliant on some specific gear drops. Currently at 50 and have had a play with this. But where do we go now? Can you do a progression for this from 50 to 100 please? Or recommend where to go from here. (Not looking for a pulverise build and don’t have any the uniques like crone for some of the fun looking storm wolf builds)
I've tested and even with spam clicking it feels like Lightning Storm doesn't cast faster. It's just from feel so probably to get better test, but I felt zero difference between like 50% attack speed and none at all.
I cleared this using this build at level 36 with gear full of legendary aspects. I noticed that once clearing it i get demolished in outdoor content in t3, Wondering if there are any builds for t3 content
I tested the build and it was great! - struggling on the capstone though T_T - Edit: I did it! For those who are bad like me - the 3x defensive aspect make its super easy (you'll have MORE then enough unneeded Leg to salv for this.
Which aspect do you mean? Aspect of Disobedience? I had problems with the final boss of Capstone Dungeon at level 44, but it was probably a bit early. Until then, I got pretty good with the use of the Ulti for each Elite ;)
Tried it, Not the best build, I am currently lvl 47, i wasn't working for me, there are much better build out there... Had to stop in the middle of a dungeon to change it back to my old build
I leveled my druid to 50 and got powerleveld to 60. But Im a bad luck brian when it comes to drops so my druid are so weak :( thinking about just using this build until I get some better loot. Or just level a new one haha
Great guide once again, thanks bud!
Just found your channel, started using ur build today and I’m zipping through content. Keep anything coming!

Really helpful and informative, another great video! Thanks for your time in making them all.

That's how most of the Druid playing feels sadly.
This will come in handy for S1. Thanks Baldy

I could add a build planner for 50+ once i get round to playing it in t3

Would love to see your version of Trampleslide Druid.

Your voice fits so well for this kind of videos, you should do some acting lol
I thought the same lol

Is this still good for S1?
Well done

I really want a competitive lightning endgame build. Even if i still have not found the damn head piece...
great content
