1970’s Chicken Casserole and Pineapple Salad Recipes

Let’s take a trip back in time with these delicious recipes. I was a sophomore in high school around 1977 when my mama first made this chicken casserole and it was a staple in our house for years. She would serve a cold crisp pineapple salad as a side with the casserole.
It’s a great chicken and stuffing bake that can really feed a crowd. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal today with my family.
