He/she did have a history and was being treated for mental illness, and could've been gender dysphoria. They will be looking into what his/her "manifesto" states for motive too. I feel sorry for everyone involved.

How much do you know about SWAT? Do you have any idea how much training they go through. How they meticulously sweep a building all while making life or death decisions with the pull of a trigger? Your solution is to give people with way less training guns and then tell the people who do have the training, "Keep doing what your doing, but now there's going to be civilians with guns on the premise who your not supposed to shoot. Only shoot the bad civilian with the gun." All that does is make it harder to get help to people who need it. Armed cops are better, but it still comes with its own problems, especially in city schools.

There was a mass shooting at my university a little over a month ago. Prayers, press conferences, etc. don’t mean nor do anything. All anyone ever has to say is “sorry” but there is never any active change. People forgot about the shooting at my university, and they will forget about this one too because these were two of many more to come. It’s a sad world we live in. Something needs to be done.
Well, on the bright side, I'm sure being shot dead is more pleasant than being in college.
