Update: They hired me on the spot after my interview which os very uncommon at the BK i work at, 3 months later im one of their best employees (unfortunately management sucks now and the newest manager decided she didn’t like me on her first day and they are very unprofessional in general after my original 3 managers quit along with many other employees bc of bad management so im now looking at a job at other places just in case)

I was asked why I wanted to work at Burger King, and things like how was I with stress, authority, teamwork, cleaning, would I be ok working really late or really early shifts, would I be okay with making the food, did I have a reliable way to get to work. Stuff like that, they hardly asked me anything I expected/prepared for (what are your strengths/weaknesses etc) and it was a lot of straightforward and yes or no questions, idk tho your interview could be totally different. I made sure to stress whenever I could that 1) I was really excited to work and 2) I had a really flexible schedule/would almost always be available to come in. Good luck!! as long as you’re polite and enthusiastic im sure you’ll get the job!

first of all i arrived 10 minutes early, but i got interviewed five minutes before i was due they asked me a slew of questions like which roles would i want to work in the restaurant, how did i find out about this position, when did i last go to burger king, how my friends and family would describe me in three words, any holidays coming up, full time or part time, when can i start etc they then photocopied my birth certificate and national insurance number. they said passport would be perfect but mine was expired :v it was really straight forward and the manager who was interviewing me wouldnt let one second of silence exist which was good because it gave me time to think about my answers, ill be contacted within 24-48 hours to see if i got the job or not
@@noidontthinkso3882 no lol but on saturday am going for an interview for tesco. a member of the local council who helps school leavers get jobs has referred me to it which makes me much more likely to get the job there! since i have sensory issues i think working as tesco staff is a much better fit for me
