I think the public will accept Haram's voice quite well. Park Bom had HITS in South Korea and one of the reasons was because of how unique her voice tone is. It's the reason why Rosé started to sing in cursive and a bit more nasal as well because YG knows those voices make them stand out
@@leesoogyu3510 for rose she did use that technique in the beginning of her career but I think starting from 2019-2020 she started to steer away from that and she started to use a better technique in contrast to Park Bom who used it her whole career and that's what damaged her voice so much.

She sounds so much better and uses her voice fully rather than back then she used to do a lot of flips and nasally upper register that’d sound shaky and a bit off. Take in consideration that these videos are from 1/2 years ago. So imagine how much they’ve grown to reach this point of debuting. Very excited for these girls and their careers.

Haram-bae has Adele like potential, she's that crazy good already. She will be a full blown monster when her voice finishes maturing. She is clearly capable of belting and holding notes strong instead of doing those throw away notes that she's doing here, but like you said, having unique quirks makes you stand out and be immediately recognizable, very radio friendly.
For the dance performance the tall one in the pants with the Adida symbol on her left leg caught me in the first five seconds. Saw her in the back and knew she was built different
but u cant deny that that method of promotion works tho.... look at their stats, they have 2 of the biggest, if not THE biggest gg of the industry (2NE1 and Blackpink)

I think the singers thus far are pretty standard kpop training these days......singing in a style to protect the voice since (obviously) they'll be dancing a lot (with the one belt from Ahyeon). These girls are raw but have interesting color to their voice.......we shall see how much of that gets produced out. These girls are still HELLA young.....their voices aren't even set yet. And lol.....the dance performance was VERY YG....this choreo SCREAMS Leejung
Kinda weird to tell you now since they already debut, but NMIXX predebut videos are really good, for both vocal and dance, Lily and Haewon are vocalists that everyone should keep their attention on.
Idk if it’s just me who gets a country singer vibe from Haram but when I hear her sing I just imagine her on a country song. I imagine the reason why I feel that way is due to her having a lot of whining in her singing. Now I don’t like country but I do love Haram’s voice and wouldn’t mind hearing her sing a country song just so I can get this image out of my head💀

It annoys me a lot some companies showing their trainees talent but they won’t ever have the opportunity to show their vocal, dance , etc once they debut Also, it is a bit boring those heavy hiphop training, I am sure they train more styles but they seem to give more importance to that style but they won’t do it again in their carrier
