    Love the videos thanks for taking us along for the trip. Grew up comercial fishing and ran a few large sport fishers after comercial fishing. I truly miss being on the water everyday. Stay safe, tight lines, fair seas brother.

    great video mate! would you be able to do a break down of how much $ a deckie would make and the day to day job run though i think would be a good video

      We normally discard them

      Is there a chance of being able to get one? I believe that you offload at Coffs, I am planning on being in Coffs mid-April is there a way to make it happen?@@tkoffshorefishing

    What's the largest Yellowfin Tuna you guys ever caught?

      I have had them around 100kg in the Tasman Sea

    This is absolutely the only long line or tuna fishing show that you can see them cleaning a fish Discovery channel will not allow it they are afraid to be sued for the blood and guts by the pita crowd if you watch wicked tuna you would think they don't bleed 🩸

    it seems with all the rules and regs !no life jackets ? not that i think they are a good thing as they restrict your movement

    They never really tell you what the weight of their catch was it must not have been enough now the captain is on another boat trap fishing for reef fish 🐠🐟🐠

    The butcher doesn't need any exercise program I butchered tuna on a long liner for 10 years it's the hardest job in the world I've cleaned 111 swordfish and had them all packed in the hole by the end of the day 143 tunas big eyes and yellow fins
